Nurse saw me promptly. After Dr. Patel reviewed my vitals, he saw me right away. He explained to me about my vitals, checked my lungs and heart. Asked me if any questions. Spent enough time with me to feel good about the visit. Scheduled my next bloodwork and advised timeline. Dr. Bhanu prasad Patel is also open to text messages from me. He would text back or call me to answer any of my questions. This is a big help for me at my age. Few words about Dr. Bhanu prasad Patel would be that he is very comforting and approachable Doctor.

Worst doctor ever. My mother had just found out she had end stage cancer and he was yelling at her saying she needed to visit a gastro doctor and not an oncologist. Worst experience ever. Had to file a grievance with Humana and the Fl Board of Insurance.

Worst doctor I have ever seen. Shocked he has a medical license. Should be revoked due to the lack of care he has for his patients. Screamed at myself and my mother because we were asking questions. My mother sat and trembled. Found out she had cancer and he would not refer her to an oncologist. Wanted us to see a friend of his to see why she was having stomach aches. Had to go to ER to get the help we needed. They admitted her immediately and told us to file a grievance with our insurance company and with the Board of Insurance in Florida.

Do not see this doctor. Does not listen or care about the well being of his patients. Not sure how he is still in business.

Dr. Patel is one of the best doctors that I know, he is so efficient with seeing his patients, no wait time what so ever! The office staff are top notch and go over and beyond to take care of us patients and our needs. Blood work is obtained in the office so you don't have to worry about going to lab, quick in and out! I highly recommend Dr. Patel and his office to everyone and anyone needing a top notch PCP. Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable with everything going on and addresses all my concerns and issues.

Dr Patel was assigned to my father at Northside Hospital. My father was admitted for a pelvic hematoma following a fall mowing the grass. I requested Dr Patel to call me when it was decided that he could be discharged home alone but he couldn’t get out of bed. Communication throughout was poor as I POA. Writing on the discharge paperwork that he was “Finally “ discharged home is unprofessional as my father passed within 24 hours of returning home

I have been seeing Dr. Patel for about 5 years now and have always had nothing but a great experience. Very easy to contact, make appointments, and have prescriptions refilled. The office staff is awesome and always very efficient. Dr. Patel is very kind and knowledgeable and helps with anything needed. Highly recommend!
