Called to see if they were taking new patients. The receptionist exact words were “ what insurance you have cause we don’t take just any insurance”. That was a little too unprofessional for me. I’ll take me business else where.

My son has been seeing doctor Kagan since he was 9 months old. While he was at a bigger fancier center the care that he receives by Dr. Kagan is not even close to being the same. He is a doctor that isn't prescription happy either which I love. He listens and he cares and always advises on what's best for the child. Never has he misdiagnosed my son. He also doesn't overbook so you are not waiting for hours to be seen. No matter how late In the day I have called he waits and makes sure we are seen. Best pediatrician out there. Thank you Dr. Kagan.

Dr Kagan is the best pediatrician around, period. And that is not just my opinion but the opinion of serveral other MDs I have come into contact with dealing with my kids medical issues

Dr Kagan has been our pediatrician for nearly 15 years, I've never regretted our choice! He is very attentive and extremely detail oriented. He always takes his time with us and gives us his full attention. I have always known we were in the absolute best hands!

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Kagan! Such a sincere man and takes every concern seriously- never dismissive. Thoroughly investigates each complaint or symptom and provides explaination to parent throughout the visit. He has many years of experience under his belt without an ounce of arrogance. Wait time is never long and very accommodating for same day visits!

5 Punctuality 5 Helpfulness 5 Knowledge All LOVE !! Dr. Kagan is definitely THE best!! There is not any other pediatrician that I've met who can compare to his worth ethic, compassion, generosity, and out-going helpfulness!! He definitely deserves the title as the best pediatrician in Florida . if you haven't found the right pediatrician yet - please start here , his staff goes above and beyond everyday to make every patient feel cared for understood and welcome . you will not be dissapointed . I wish he took 20 sometjing year olds because id see him too . ps his office is really fun and decoration is fabulous . some of his own pictures from Africa are hanging . we LOVE him !!! The best !!!
