List of Bridgid Levoir's Reviews
Although this says she is open to new patient she is not, they will send you to Dr. Le.
Spouse has been going to Dr. Levoir for years! Office staff is exceptional, Dr. Levoir is just amazing. Never any question unanswered, never anything not understood and never any issue not attended to. Just the best medical care and physician you could ask for!
Dr Bridget has been my doctor for over 10 years and she is excellent...
My husband and I have both been patients if Dr. Levoir for many years. I think she is thorough and does a good job at listening to you and not making you feel rushed. She was flexible during Covid and did tele-med appointments.
I've been a patient there for many years and I simply don't have a negative thing to say. I moved from St. Petersburg to Sun City Center a few years ago and I will not switch from their practice!
Five stars for Dr Levoir Five stars for Gina as well, had to see Gina a couple times and she was very kind, thorough. And staff is courteous, efficient. A very good team in this practice, they have looked out for me since 2010.
My wife sees Gina and the receptionist Carol is garbage and lacks any customer service skills. She’s EXTREMELY rude. My wife never goes to her appointments because she knows she will be greeted with a snarky attitude. The only reason she has stayed is because Gina is a good at what she does but I doubt that’s going to keep her coming much longer due to the lack of customer service.
I wish I could give separate stars. The doctors and nurse practitioners are AMAZING but the receptionist Carol every time I call or come in has a nasty attitude. Her names Carol I believe, she’s got short blonde hair. I never go to my appointments half the time because of her. She must hate her life an awful lot to be so rude to patients.
Like a few others, I was hesitant to write a review since i didn't have a personal experience with the doctor, just with the receptionist. I haven't been able to contact my PCP for the last year and just finally decided i wanted to schedule an apt with one who is under my insurance. My insurance company's website listed Dr. Levoir and Dr. Stephens as a good match for my location, insurance, etc. and as a few others mentioned.. they are listed as "accepting new patients". I called and asked about scheduling an apt, and I was told in a very rude tone "none of my doctors are accepting new patients" I explained that Cigna's site says they are and the receptionist (I believe her name was Kelly, but i could be wrong..) bluntly said "yes it does, but they are not." Before I could thank her for her time, I was rudely hung up on. I worked for years with marketing for private physicians and small-medium size practices just like this, and this would have been one of the FIRST things we'd have brought up in our audit of a company. Customer experience is CRUCIAL and this is the first person that your patients interact with and like others mentioned, I felt like a bother and was rudely hung up on. I wouldn't want that kind of service to be a reflection of my practice. When they are receiving new patients again, this won't be a place I come to.
I was hesitant to write this review because I didn't have a personal experience with the doctors, only with the receptionist. Like one of the other reviews on here, I am new to the area. My insurance company's website listed Dr. Levoir and Dr. Stephens as a good match for my location, insurance, etc. and they are listed as "accepting new patients". I called and asked about Dr. Levoir. I was told she isn't accepting new patients. I asked about Dr. Stephens. I was told NO ONE at the practice was accepting new patients. I politely thanked her and was abruptly hung up on. This is the first person that your patients interact with and I felt like a bother and was rudely hung up on. I wouldn't want that kind of service to be a reflection of my practice.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
