Since I began our weight loss program with Dr. Lara and his staff, I can only say that I am thoroughly 100% satisfied with the results I am seeing and feeling. I'm just completely my 2nd month and have lost over 30 pounds toward my goal of 180 (about 15 to go). My energy and stamina has increased beyond my expectations. I fully recommend this program. Dr. Lara's weight loss clinic is an excellent program dealing with weight loss and how your body works. The Office environment is very comfortable for continued success on this program. Since I started two months ago, I have loss over 40 pounds, been able to stop the daily use of my albuterol for asthma, stop my blood pressure and diuretic pills with the advice of Dr. Lara. I feel more active and look forward to my continued weight loss and feeling the best I can.

Dr. Lara's office is absolutely fantastic! I had an amazing experience with their team. Dr. Lara is a caring and attentive doctor who truly listens to his patients. With his help, I lost 09 lbs. in just one month. The staff are professional, sweet, and friendly. I always see Neida and she is very nice; I couldn't be happier with the care I received, and I highly recommend Dr. Lara to anyone seeking exceptional attention and results.

A week into this journey my father passed away and the staff has always been extremely kind and uplifting even on weeks of no progress, but I am down inches and feel better than I have in years. Very happy!

I am a month into my program. This has been life changing for me. I have lost over 10lbs but honestly that isn’t the best part. The team at the St Pete office are out of this world amazing! Nelly has been the most supportive person during this experience. It has changed my eating habits and the way I relate to food. It has given me the power back to claim a healthy lifestyle for myself. Awesome place. I have a great connection with Dr. Lara now. He's such a gentle soul. Very spiritual. His words are very comforting and reassuring. Once I met him I immediately felt more at ease. The staff is very supportive and kind. They are very professional too. This is a great location. And what a beautiful facility! I feel a lot better about this now. I am currently about a month in to the 3 month awakening program and I could not recommend it more!! I go to the St. Pete office and have an amazing experience every time. I never have to wait for than a couple of minutes and the care is exceptional. The entire staff is helpful and amazing! Nellie is such a joy to see every week, and she genuinely celebrates every success with me. I’ve already lost more than I thought I would for the entire program within the first month. I am very happy with the results! I have lost a lot of weight when I thought there would be no hope for me. Dr. Lara is a very good listener and makes the process easier. In general, the work group is super good, pleasant and they always try to make me feel good, especially nurse Nellie who is very patient and always welcomes me with a smile and positive vibes. The staff here at Cesar Lara , St. Petersburg office are definitely top notch ( especially Nelly ). She goes above and beyond to help me with my journey. She is always so supportive and positive. The other ladies are always smiling and helpful too . Dr Lara is amazing . He takes his time and personalizes a plan that best works for you . This is the best decision I have made for my life . It not just a diet plan but a lifestyle change. I would highly recommend this program .
