i was asked to do a follow up visit and cannot get anyone to return a phone call to schedule it. IT took almost 6 months to get in and you put me with the wrong doctor and now i cant schedule a follow up. this is a joke.

Great doctor helps with getting your glucose under control

I was a new patient. Dr. Sindler was 45 minutes late for my appointment and entered the exam room with no mask. It took her at least 7 minutes to go get one. She needn’t have bothered as she spent the entire appointment on the complete opposite side of the room from me staring at her computer screen. I have Hashimoto’s and Dr. Sindler didn’t do even do a physical exam. She insisted my medication dose is correct without seeing a recent T4 test and even though my TSH level was within .1% of normal. She also dismissed every symptom of hypothyroidism I reported as not a symptom of hypothyroidism. Then she made a big deal out of making a special after hours (4:30 pm! shockingly late!) appointment to see me after I had the T4 test because she had no other appointments available for 2 months. I never got a call or text confirming this appointment as I usually do so I called myself and was told I did not have a scheduled appointment - even though I saw the staff member write it down. My specialist co-pay is $85. What a waste of time and money. I will not be going back. I had absolutely no sense that this doctor was whatsoever concerned about my health and well-being.

Update: her doctor called and got her an emergency appointment with doctor Lee at the same office. He is amazing. Not sure why they didn't just reschedule with him if she's so busy? My handicapped mother was 5 minutes late to her appointment. She had this appointment for 4 months. They refused to see her. But offered to reschedule for August. How nice of them.
