I have a appointment for July 28 th. I have been having serious issues of which being unable to Talk To A Real Person. I have called 8 times. Went through the Time Wasting Phone System On Hold A Total Of 58 minutes Pushing All Required Numbers Only To Get Music Over And Over.. Never Able To Talk To A Real Person....Had To Call Another Doctor Who Sent Me For X-rays To Access My Issues. Today Is No Different.. Went Through The Same Time Wasting Phone Service. I Give Up !!

Dr. Desai was very educated and informative. He spent quality time with me and explained what, why, and when about any procedures he might recommend for me. I was very impressed and very glad my primary care Dr. Tirupathy referred me to him. I look forward to returning to his care in the future.

I was having very sharp pains in my stomach area and called for an appt. It seems to be the norm that "we have no appts available" for several weeks. When you are in pain you need attention now, not 4-5 weeks. I asked to Receptionist to leave msg with nurse. Well the next morning I received phone call to come in that day, I was very impressed as this doesn't happen much in today's world. So "Thank You Dr Desai" for seeing me....
