The office of Dr Desai have been incredibly disrespectful and unhelpful when trying to schedule and appointments. Calls are met with long hold times only to be hung up on without any answer. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for a professional environment

New patient. My son is developmentally disabled and the staff was very understanding and accommodating of his needs and behaviors. This is a great help in getting him the treatment he needs.

I am a new patient with sever diverticular disease. He set me up for a colonoscopy and post procedure he found hardly any issues and the results were completely inconsistent with all of my past colonoscopies I’ve had many colonoscopies and they always turn out similar. Therefore, I believe he rushed and didn’t take the time to do a professional job. So what now? This colonoscopy is worthless cause it’s not accurate. Diverticular pockets don’t just disappear. He said they were probably small and he didn’t see them. Then he said there had been healing? Really? Diverticular pockets heal by themselves? DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR.

Dr. Desai has done a colonoscopy on my dad in 2019 and when my father started experiencing severe pains in his rectum in June 2021 and we were finally got through busy signal on the phone line (always busy) and scheduled an appointment. Dr. Desai simply prescribed very expensive ointment medication at some obscure private pharmacy and never took the time to do a follow check up dismissing that he has just done a colonoscopy last year, when it fact it was 2 years ago. Purely laziness!!!Fast forward one week my dad went for another procedure at the hospital and the doctor could not perform the surgery because my dad's electrolytes were so low that the doctor said he is lucky to have this scheduled or "he may have not made it through the night".So if you want to have yourself killed and not be able to get a hold of the office in the meantime, please fill free to go see Dr. Desai.
