Terrible experience. I waited 4 months for an appointment as a new patient. A few days before my appointment I received a call from the office asking if I could reschedule for the doctor. I had to wait 2 more weeks to get in. I was told the appointment would be at 230pm. I put the time in my work calendar immediately. I showed up to my appointment to find out that it was scheduled for 200pm. The doctor refused to see me after I accommodated him by changing my original appointment. I am glad I found out that he was an arrogant jerk before having him as a new primary care doctor.

Dr Purcell is the best doctor I have ever been to. He is so caring and understanding. He doesn’t judge you whatsoever and genuinely cares about you. Could not be happier with my experience. Office staff is also very friendly and efficient.

Teleconferences for first time and went surprisingly well. Had visited 6 months prior as “new” patient lab work and prior records weren’t available. Teleconference was practical alternative.

The result of a car accident in April of 2018. I was in great pain discomfort. Dr. Koebbe was my 2nd opinion and gave me the basic same diagnosis as the first patiently explain why the pain was intensifying at times. Still hesitant to have the surgery done the pain got to be to great. Covid 19 delayed the original surgery date. Finally in April of 2021 I disc have C47 hybrid disc and fusion procedure. Waking from the surgery my 3 years of pain were gone instantly. Its been 30 days since the surgery. PAIN FREE WITH AS MUCH RANGE OF MOTION AS I EVER REMEMBER HAVING. I AM DUMBFOUNDED THAT I EVER WAITED AT ALL. I cant say enough nice things about the office staff and the medical help who guided me through this ordeal. On a scale of 1 10 they are a 12
