I scheduled this appointment with Dr. Bauer in order to diagnose and treat the severe pain in my thoracic spine. That is due to degenerative changes. A few days prior I had seen a hand specialist, had a trigger finger injection, and now they have decided they want an MRI of my cervical spine, since one has not been done post op, in about a year and a half. I had a level of my cervical spine fused and they’re blaming my it for the pain in my hands. So while I was treated just fine, unfortunately I have to see other providers and I do not want to have to do that. I was railroaded out of the thoracic spine diagnosis and treatment, and started in the cervical spine review for which I never even asked. I mean I guess it’s OK with me, but my thoracic spine keeps me from being able to breathe and can practically paralyze me, especially in regards to sitting up. would rather have it treated if possible and deal with the hand later but they would not let me so they’re making decisions for me and not allowing me to be a part of them, and if it starts to get to the point where it is absolutely not working for me, I will have a decision to make.

Dr Clayton Bauer, MD took the time to explain my son case to me and to him. We felt comfortable and confident with his observations and recommendations. While the front desk staff could benefit from some additional customer service training he was knowledgeable and helpful.
