Dr. Reyes is the best! I’ve been a patient with her as my neurologist for the past few years and she goes out of her way to make sure you feel heard as a patient! She has a tremendous amount of experience and makes sure to provide insight and a plan of action when working with her patients. I cannot thank her enough for all that she has done for me!!!!

This place isn't worth the frustration, wasted time or unhelpful doctor/staff. From my personal experience, this doctor wants to do it her way and if you don't, she won't cooperate with you. March 28th 1st appt. She was cold and had a negative attitude during the physical exam. Stating my eyes looked weird, asking me why my past neurologists did x,y, and z and other things. I came prepared and hopeful but left confused and upset. She was not flexible with me and how I wished to proceed for the time being with Vyepti. In patient summary it says continue Vyepti and start Botox for my treatment plan. However after two more appts, months have gone by neither treatments have been ordered or provided. At the end of May I finally get a response that I need to get a new prescription from my prior neurologist because she doesn't think I'm benefitting at all from Vyepti. The front desk said Botox (asking me how many units I need or another time it isn't in my file and to make a new appointment. I made a new appointment with Neurahealth. I'm so excited to move forward and get the treatment I deserve.

Great visit... ONTIME APPOINTMENT & reasonable duration for a change!!!... She has functional ears and uses them to listen and she offers much information... refreshing and so glad Baycare Neurology now has her on Staff !!! My future appointments will no longer be dreaded with her on the Staff.
