No one let me know that I needed a authorization for the test I needed until after arriving. As it turns out, no one requested the authorization until after I arrived despite my test being scheduled 36 hours prior.

She relies on her staff too much. After a couple of series of shots her assistant told me I was chronic and would have to keep coming back for treatments. I knew I had a pinched nerve and needed surgery so I went for a 2nd opinion. I went to Dr Paul Pagano who quickly scheduled me for surgery with 3 new disks and 2 fused vertebra and after 30 days I was better than ever. Now playing pickelball 4 times a week with no pain.
