Dr. Godoy was informative throughout the process and kept me calm each step of the way. This approach (bringing the patient into the conversation and decision making about the best path to take) is empowering and greatly appreciated. I wish all doctors had the same method and attitude. Even better is that this style is evident throughout the Baycare practices with whom I have interacted.

My SYNVISC didn't get in on time, so the office contacted me and re-scheduled me for the next morning. Professional, friendly staff and so apologetic for something they had no control over.

BayCare ppl and the hospital have been very good to my needs. they explain things well to me and have been very helpful, I have gone to some of the other hospitals and the quality of care has been horrible and they almost made my kidneys shut down. It made me not trust any of the doctors that they tried to give me. I have been told I am a bad patient only cause I don't bow to them cause they won't meet my needs while there. I have a lot of health problems and I just want proper care is that too much to ask for, Thank you Baycare, I hope in the future that you won't let me down and appreciate what you have done for me so far...Thank you Delton Demaree

I cannot say enough about Dr. Godoy, Janet and the rest of the staff who were always there for my mother. My mother suffered a stroke on Sunday August the 8th and Dr. Godoy showed up at the ER, showed up at the hospital the next day and checked in with me regularly until my mom passed at home on 8/15/21. WAY above normal care, concern and compassion, especially in this day and age. Thank you for caring for my mom (JoAnne E. King).
