Dr Diecdue is founder of TGH Fasttrack clinics. They’re the ONLY provider in Hillsborough County that expect you to go inside where there are sick people for COVID19 tests. They are also the only provider to turn away a high risk disabled person scheduled for a COVID19 test due to being 4 minutes late for the appointment. On Friday, Aug 7th I pulled in to the Gandy Blvd location for my 3:15 appointment at 3:16pm. I have the GPS screenshot to prove it. I called the clinic from the parking lot and was immediately put on hold. After 4 minutes I put hung up and went inside I have the screen shot to prove that too. There was 1 patient in the waiting room. After giving Parker my information he proceeded to tell me I was late and they didn’t have my paperwork. I have a severe speech impediment which wearing a mask doesn’t help. Parker said 2 words to me. “You’re late”. I tried to explain to him that they don’t have my paperwork because downloading it online isn’t an option and my doctor isn’t affiliated with Tampa General. Parker continued to tell me that I was late. So here I am with COVID19 symptoms and instead of being treated with courtesy and respect he continued to berate me. He did not offer for me to have a seat while he checked to see if there was something to he could do. He did not offer to reschedule. “You’re late” is all I got. So I left the clinic, went back home and got on the phone with my doctor who cannot do anything because he doesn’t have access to the tests. I called the clinic (phone answered remotely) and asked to speak with a supervisor. I was told Shannon had gone for the day but would get back to me the next day. It’s been 2 days and Still no phone call so I called again. This time dear sweet Christine at the Gandy location answered. I again explained what happened and she was appropriately appalled. She did offer me to return today to be retested but I declined. Hospitals, doctor’s offices and pharmacies that conduct these tests to so outside for a reason. There is a pandemic and due to non existent national leadership no one has a clue what to do. This isn’t my first rodeo. I’ve had this test done twice already. It takes less than a minute for the swab and you’re done. They do not need your complete medical history. It’s irrelevant. Either you have it or you don’t. It’s that simple. Dr Diecidue is making a lot of money administering these tests. He is doing so with complete disregard for protocol and safety of all patients who enter his clinics. Parker presents the worst first impression imaginable. Dr Diecidue should be ashamed.
i've had trouble with the billing dept for this company last year which took over two months to fix and know with there new system where they will not charge you until they get the explanation of benefits from your insurance they are still charging wrong, i just wonder how many other patients who visit this company don't take the time to view their insurance benefits and fail to see they have been charged twice or wrong amounts.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
