Staff has obvious low morale. They were shortstaffed and behind. The lack of structure and efficient patient flow was painfully obvious. Had one employee basically handle my entire appointment (they did outstanding considering the multiple "hats" they were required to wear that day) . Not to mention this place is basically located in a warzone. Was pretty much cornered by a panhandler on their corner.Edit* Forgot to mention the URINE covered bathroom with zero soap, toilet paper or paper towels. The cherry on top for sure. Will NEVER return even if PAID *

I've been going here for about a year now and I must admit, they want to see you, like every month or every other month want to see you. You get to see and talk to your own Doctor mind you, not a nurse person. I didn't give them 5 stars because I haven't been sick nor have I had an emergency medical situation in order to rate performances in those areas.They say they are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. What more can you ask for?

I don't like switching doctors and was very concerned untill I had my first appointment here with Dr. Mena Ayoub. Awesome experience, extremely professional, Listens and makes you feel right at home. Gave me some great suggestions on inproving my heath . Got to say his staff and the whole center are very nice and super efficient. I am looking forward to a long relationship with this place.

I love Dedicated Senior everyone there are wonderful kind and helpful in everyway. Its like a family and i will never go anywhere else. Dr B is the best.

I was impressed from the start with their orientation and walk through the facility before I signed up. I am never rushed and Dr Narayan always takes as much time as we need to comprehensively address any concerns or questions I have. I am fortunate to have found this medical center.

I've enjoyed my relationship with staff and my primary care physician (Dr. Mo Cale). Patients are treated with a lot of respect and there is very little if any waiting time. The lobby is well staffed, clean and comfortable. The Center offers a good number of in house services such as drawing blood, taking urine samples, and x-rays. They also have a pharmacy on site. I would highly recommend this Center to others.
