Dr's Stephens and Levoir are very thorough and keep you involved in your care. Highly recommend. Looking through these other reviews I don't believe that they have control over your inability to 'find' phone numbers, missed appointments or not getting a reminder...use a calendar. This practice has excellent care. You can't say you had a terrible patient experience if you never saw a Dr here. Be an adult.

I called to establish as a new patient. The individual that answered told me the female doctors werent taking new patients and that douglas md was. I did not want a male so I kept searching around with my insurance and was unable to find anyone in my area that fits my scope of preference. I decided I would ask her what her opinion was for him as a doctor and she replied with "he works here' and followed with "you should look for other doctors". I'm in healthcare and have worked with many hopsitals, clinics, etc. for over a decade. She was incredibly unprofessional and just based on that first experience I would recommend any other facility besides E&S.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE PATIENT EXPERIENCE!!! She is listed as accepting new patients. I declared her my PCP couple monts ago, after confirming that she was accepting new patients. I had to schedule an appt. for an urgent matter, and her office kept telling me that she doesn't accept new patients. Even though I tried to explain them that she was confirmed as my PCP months ago, the office staff insisted that she doesn't accept new patients. THEN WHY DO I HAVE HER INFO ON MY INSURANCE CARD AS PCP, AND WHY DOES SHE STILL APPEAR TO ACCEPT NEW PATIENTS ON MY MEDICAL INSURANCE WEBSITE (CIGNA)???

Excellent in every way. The staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Stephens is extremely compassionate and tends to every detail.

Dr. Stephens is a very smart, thorough and decisive doctor. She listens closely and provides a well thought out plan for care. The office staff is wonderful and the physicians assistant Gina is very good also. Overall this is a well run, organized office with people who care and know what they are doing.

I've been seeing Dr. Stephens for 4 years and have never had a bad experience in the office. I don't think I've ever waited more than 15 minutes to be taken back, and I've never felt rushed during visits. She is very thorough with exams and explanations. I would highly recommend.

I trust Dr. Stephens to provide me with excellent care. She took care of my mother in her final years and she is now my doctor as well. If I have to wait in the office for 15-30 minutes, I know it’s because she’s seeing others who turned out to need more than the allotted time. If I ever need more time, I feel certain she’ll spend more time with me. She is an excellent doctor.

I was going to be attending this doctors office as a new patient and when I first scheduled the appointment it was for like 2 months out, I had miss placed the paper I wrote the appointment on and couldn't remember the doctors name so I had no way of connecting them to ask when I was scheduled so I figured I would just get a reminder call from them letting me know when I was scheduled. Well finally today I was able to find the phone number after searching for a while online and when I called them they told me that they don't do reminder calls. I asked them why and they told me it's not their policy and to me that's crazy for a doctors office not to do that for new patients. I work at a doctors office and we call every day and remind all our patients of their appointments because we know life gets crazy sometime. This is a doctors office i would never refer anyone to go to because the fact that they cant even do a remind call and then when you try to reschedule they want you to wait another 3 months to get in....Worse office by far I have ever had contact with
