Dr. Dzi-Viet Nguyen has been everything I could have asked for in resolving my hand issues, and as a pianist, I had a lot on the line. From his diagnostic approach, to the initial conservative therapies, and the resulting surgery an post-surgical care, I have been comforted by his knowledge and confidence in the path forward to a hand fully restored. He is kind and thoughtful in his patient care, but very efficient and informative in his guidance through the next steps. I couldn't be more pleased, and recommend him highly.

Dr. Nguyen and his staff are an awesome group to be in care of, they treat you like you're family, and they have known you for years. Dr. Nguyen is a genius! and a gifted surgeon! He straighten out my fingers that were bent in a downward position for years. I'm so grateful, and I thank God for Dr. Nguyen!

After years of unsuccessful wound closures on my shoulder, I was lucky enough to find Dr. Nguyen who was finally able to successfully get the job done. He took the time to come up with a treatment plan that worked. He also continues to treat my wrist and elbow issues. Dr. Nguyen has excellent knowledge, patience in answering all of my questions, fully explaining the best way to fix my issues. He is extreamly talented and has a caring bedside manner. I would highly recommend Dr Nguyen, especially for any challenging injuries... He's also excellent at keeping tattoos intact :)

Wow! Went to my orthopedic physician in Oregon. He told me that if I had reverse shoulder replacement surgery I would not be able to participate in my beloved water sports; windsurfing, kite boarding, and wing foiling. My daughter is a physician in Tampa and I asked her to find me the top shoulder surgeon in Tampa. When I saw him he also told me no more water sports after surgery. I then contacted the top shoulder surgeon in Naples. Same story from him. Finally, I went to Dr. Nguyen. His response: I see no reason you couldn’t continue water sports after surgery. Twelve weeks after reverse shoulder replacement I am back on the water with no pain. Thanks Dr. Nguyen.

I’m proud to say that I was a patient of Dr.Nguyen. I’ve seen him for multiple injuries including fracturing of both wrists. Wouldn’t go to another upper extremity surgeon since it doesn’t get better than him!

Dr. Nguyen is an awesome surgeon. I broke my scaphoid which ended up necrotic and Dr. Nguyen was confident he could fix my problem and he did. I would highly recommend him. He has great bedside manners and is very thorough when explaining the whole process! Thank you so much! Dr. Nguyen for all that you did!

Dr Nguyen is an incredible hand and arm surgeon. He has done BOTH of my arms after car crashes. I'm back to 100%. He gets right to the point with his expansive knowledge. I send everyone I know to him.
