I REALLY liked Dr Herman. She was knowledgeable, listened, was patient, and explained her thoughts well. She took all the time that was needed and I did not feel rushed. Very satisfied.
I was promptly in the visit room and was seen quickly. Dr. Herman was well informed of my history and I was very happy with her care.
Dr. Herman carefully reviewed information about me and knew much of my history even before seeing me. She laid out a treatment plan for me and let me know what she expects in the treatment. No fooling around here just modern medicine. Glad that she is my doctor.
No proper testing. I scheduled an appointment specifically for a checkup. This is 100% covered by my insurance. I verified at check in, with doctor and at check out. Received 130 invoice for a new patient exam. After I inquired about the bill, I was informed that you must be an established patient before a physical. Maybe someone should have told me that the previous 4 times I inquired? During visit, nurse took vitals, doctor spent 5 minutes with me. Advised that I was perfectly healthy and no further testing was needed. I should return in 18 months. Not sure how she knew that. I guess her crystal ball was working that day. If this was a new patient exam, perhaps a follow up visit should have been scheduled for the actual checkup/blood work. I paid to have my vitals taken. Brilliant. I can do that at Publix for free. I hope that 130 is worth losing a new patient and all future business. I'll find a Dr. in private practice. No groups.
I agree with other review. No testing done or suggested. Her crystal ball lets her know that you're ok. I'll be going to private practice from now on. no groups
Was turned away because I wasn't "early enough" to my visit. I had been told to arrive 15 minutes early which I did but apparently I should have somehow known the call center told me the wrong time and have shown up 30 minutes early. Didn't matter that it was the office's screw-up and I'd requested time off work for the visit, they wouldn't see me.

Doesn’t do Proper Testing when you go to her for a Concern. I switch Docs and now I’m getting Proper testing to resolve my Matter. I love my New Doctor. He has more Experience, she just got out of Schooling plus she doesn’t look at the patient best interests when she was my Primary, I thought she was my Doctor.
This is the most disorganized medical office I have ever seen before. And as a medical administrator in my working history and now retired for almost 10 years and being a senior with health issues I HAVE BEEN in more than two or three doctors offices. I had an appointment after being discharged from the hospital. The doctor was sick and I requested to get the number of the doctor that was covering for her...I could not believe what the receptionist said. "Dr. Herman does not have a doctor covering for her!" I wasn't able to get an appointment for 2 weeks, sadly I was late and maybe she'd the doctor. Basically all I needed was a blood test to make sure I'm okay so I asked the receptionist if she could call LabCorp and give them the order ... again shock ... her exact words "get their fax number for me we do not call!!" WHAT!!!Long story short, my daughter called and demanded the call LabCorp and they did. Needless to say "I'm getting another doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
