Please everyone that reads this review.....STAY AWAY FROM this office. I am not the type to leave reviews on Google BUT I feel the need to do so. This medical office is the worse to say the least. This is not a healthcare practice. I took my son to see Dr. Andrews ONCE, she never call me back to give me the results of my son's MRI, after calling many times nd being so worried about my son's results,, I was told by the receptionist to "not worry about my son's findings. Really? It is not what a patient expects to hear from their doctor. Not even have the courtesy to call me back and explain to me what my son's condition was. ALSO, They "supposedly send me many statements" I never received not one statement from this practice. Months later, I got a call from an attorney trying to collect a balance on my account, that I was not aware I had. I pay the balance with the condition that I will be getting a stament showing me the charges and what I was being charged for........NEVER GOT THEM.......well months later and me calling almost everyday.....I was told that they don't have and can't provide me with a statement of charges. The only thing that I was provided with was this statement. It is not even a proper medical statement. They could be charging me or the insurance company whatever and we can't even see those charges. I dont know how these people can run a "children's" medical office when they run this place without any care or sense of urgency for the well being of those kids and parents that put their trust in this office. HORRIBLE place. PLEASE PARENTS DONT BRING your kids here.

She just saw my son yesterday and I couldn't be more happy with her, the assistant who did his EEG tests and all of the staff members. I am not good about leaving reviews - but people need to know when making these decisions.

Dr. Andrews is amazing!!! She cares…she listens…she is compassionate. She has seen my child thru an horrific experience, searched adamantly for a diagnosis and has maintained her stability for the last two years. Please know she is the BEST!!

We love Dr Andrews my son is 13 now and we've been with her since he was almost 3 years old. She listens to him even when he is being my wild child. He hates to go to the doctors but dosent mind her which is huge for us. Staff is always friendly with us but the phone line for medical questions and medications is like phone tag sometimes. Ive had to dial the appointment side to get them to get a nurse instead of leaving a message a couple times. But for us thats no biggy

The front office staff is horrible. I am surprised at the level of incompetence. The front office staff are not professional and do not have effective communication skills. They do not want to do their job. The clinical side is very challenging to reach. The clinical staff and front desk staff are not on the same page as far as the offices procedures. The office manager Jessica doesn’t possess the communication or listening skills needed for her job. I’m not returning. There are so many options available that this level of dysfunction is not something we as patients have to tolerate.

The front desk staff has no respect for people. Their customer service skills sucks! I scheduled an appointment 2 weeks ago to see Dr Andrews and when I got there today(5/21/2020) my appointment was with their physician assistant. I specifically asked for Dr Andrews when I booked this appointment because I was referred to her by a parent. I drove an hour for this appointment. If I wanted to see a physician assistant, I could’ve done it on my side of town. This was a wasted of my time.

The best neurologist we have had for our child! Absolutely love her!

Dr. Andrews has cared for my child for many years. She is kind, compassionate, helpful , knowledgeable, and easy to understand. She is willing to take time to discuss things and help make sure I understand completely what is needed for my child. She treats my son with the same care I think she would give her own kids. I am thankful to have her on my sons care team. She is wonderful.

Dr Andrews is an exceptional physician. Her brilliance and compassion are unparrelled. Our daughter had post concussion syndrome and Dr Andrews dedicated care brought her to a full recovery.

Dr. Andrews is incredibly knowledgeable, understanding and fantastic with children. My son has a condition that many of his other specialists are unfamiliar with, but Dr. Andrews takes her time to inform us about what to expect and how to treat his symptoms. She listens to our concerns and doesn’t rush us out. Her bedside manner is something that I wish all pediatric specialists shared.
