Dr. Perez was a wonderful physician. Unfortunately he left the practice to two incompetent drs from out of town. I suffered a heart attack Aug 15 th and i was told the first appt. was in Dec. , unless I wanted to see an assistant. Then the office called to inform me of a test I had taken earlier March. When I called for my records there is a charge and again I explained the situation and was told I had to be mistaken. No way to run an office or for a physician to respond to critical care. Be ware

Dr Eno Perez is great! The best Doctor ever. He treats my wife and me like his family. I highly recommend this office.

Its so difficult to find not only a good doctor but a doctor that you are comfortable taking your family to. We have bee to see Dr. Enos Perez before and absolutely love HIM. His staff however, not friendly, not professional and very poor communication/customer skills. We arrived early as we have worked at medical offices ourselves and know how it works. 20 minutes after our appointment time and nearly 50 minutes after arrival time, we were told that our appointment had been re scheduled. Needless to say that we were not contacted by any means, Not a phone call, not a message not an email, nothing. We will not be going back and will have to search for another doctor. Do better with your staffing needs.

Best doctor I've ever had. I was sad to hear he will be working at the VA... But I know he will do a lot of good there. Wish I had written this sooner.

I have left several messages for 4 weeks now and I have not received a call back. my went to him until she passed away so I figured I go to him. all I needed was a form filled out and I emailed it and called and nothing. this form was for life insurance purposes so I lost my chance to enroll. I will be going to another Doctor. Staff does not return calls at all.
