I have always been afraid of going to any dentist since I was a young boy. This was an awesome friendly experience. Both the doctor and assistant were very professional and made me feel at ease. I even got a massage in a super comfortable massage chair while waiting for the plan to ready me for dentures and that was great. They were quick to see me as a new patient but made me feel like I had been going to them for a long time. I highly recommend the staff and their beautiful facility.

Always prompt, VERY polite knowledgeable staff. I've gone there for three years. I never feel rushed and always respected. I had a complicated 18 yr old root-canal clean-out that was completed by a referral to an Endodontist. Otherwise, I highly recommend them. I had a new dental assistant today I believe her name is Heather...she was FANTASTIC!!!! I have had much work done on my teeth and I have quite a phobia about going to the dentist. She understood my trauma and was quite thorough and concerned about my level of comfort. I appreciate her professionalism and dedication to her profession. I have been coming to Exceptional Dental for 14 years...I was one of Dr. Sexton’s first patients when he was in the strip mall on 4th street! Please keep Heather in your practice and I hope she will be able to clean my teeth again...I am extremely pleased!!!!

I’ve been going to Exceptional Dental for many years. Staff is very nice. The dental hygienists are wonderful. I go to Dr. Delassen and he’s awesome! Very thorough and really great about not hurting you. I’ve also been to Dr. Nguyen and she is also awesome! I’ve never been a fan of the dentist growing up and that fear has remained throughout my adulthood but Exceptional Dental really goes the extra mile to make you feel at ease. Highly recommend.

Dr Nguyen is great! She carefully explains treatment options and listens to your concerns. My only issue is with the Hygienists. They will tell me to open wide and then ask me to open wider. The mouth can only open so far. And I have in the past been lectured on my floss and brushing skills. But that seems to have calmed down - I do the best I can.

This dental office is amazing! I’ve had 3 appointments so far and everyone I’ve interacted with is super friendly, helpful, and professional. Dr. Delassen genuinely cares about your teeth and you as a human being - he’s always made me feel at ease. He never seems in a hurry to get to the next patient and is always willing to sit with you and answer questions or consider other options. Today I came in for one thing and ended up switching to a different treatment that not only solved two problems, but was also more affordable for me. I feel confident in their care and am very happy I found them.

I’ve been going to Dr. Nguyen for years. She is extremely professional and takes her time to answer my questions. Her staff is also “exceptional”, super friendly and also take their time to address any concerns I have including thorough plan explanations so there are no surprises. Office is clean/beautiful. I recommend them to anyone who mentions they are in need of a dentist!

Just moved to the area, so had to get my doctors lined up. Found this place and... TLDR: They live up to their name.I am not great in the dental chair and I needed a laundry list of issues resolved. They scheduled it so everything could be done at the same time, and explained their sedation-dentistry technique to me. For a first timer, it sounded excellent. I really enjoyed my experience on that day.We've since sent a number of people and no one has anything bad to say. I quite like their discount program. It has saved us a ton already. It's better than the dental insurance my work offers.
