I had a wonderful experience there and got my glasses so fast and the young girl that helped me was just great I am just so pleased with my glasses you can't begin to imagine I would tell everybody they were so good there

I refuse to return! I had made an appointments months ago, in fact, made vacation plans around annual eye exam. The doctor was sick and received a call to rescheduled the night before. I get that, I too get sick. The appointment was set at 4:15 pm the following week, which was set by Opti-Mart not me. Received a call again the night before this appointment needs to be changed because the doctor isn't going to wait around for 2 hours in between patients. Totally get that. I explained that I had a doctors appointment earlier the next day and was concerned about timing. I agreed to move the appointment up to accommodate, as I really liked this doctor. An hour before the appointment I called and said, I might be 10 minutes late. Billy Jo explained that if I was 10 minutes that I would have to reschedule. I explained the above and she didn't care and rudely explained she is unwilling to make any exceptions! I refuse to return and I will happily share my experience with Opti-Mart.
