Eye Associates Of Pinellas's Online Review Report Card

Eye Associates of Pinellas was referred to me by my primary care doctor. I have been happy with them from the first contact to picking up my glasses. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable; the optician is excellent; and the optometrist is thorough and attentive. Oh, and don’t forget the optical assistants. I recommend them.

I had an episode in the store when I’ve bent over. These stringy floaters formed in my right eye and they were brown and orange. Not normal for me. So I called Eye Associates and they got me in within 15 minutes and Dr. Wolf was just wonderful explaining things to me so I wouldn’t worry so much. I would recommend this place for anyone with eye problems.They are the best.

My experience at Eye Associates was wonderful. Because of Alisha. She is very professional, efficient and caring.It was my first time getting progressive lenses and she walked me through the entire process . I was overwhelmed by the frame choices and she kindly helped me choose by bringing frames to me that she thought would be comfortable and look good.. I was beyond pleased with her amazing service..

I have called several times to get my prescription renewed was transferred to the Pinellas Office where no one answered the phone so I left several messages with no one responding and my prescription us about to run out. So unprofessional and irresponsible especially when someone needs a prescription renewed. Such terrible seevice for a Doctors office

An excellent visit and subsequent follow-up visit to pick up my new glasses! A different, and much better doctor examined me, did my testing and wrote up the prescription, then to Alisha for the order to be completed. Then about 5 days later, I had my new glasses! Alisha Shaner is always great and a pleasure to work with as she cares about her patients and makes sure that I'm always good to go! She's a sweetheart!

Alisha S was the most helpful person I have encountered in my 50 years of wearing glasses. She helped me decide what enhancements I needed. She sent me back for a new exam when the original lenses didn't work. She worked to get my glasses to fit comfortably. She even picked out the snap on sunglasses for me because I was too confused by then to decide, and she did a wonderful job. I would never have picked out what she picked for me, but they are perfectly beautiful. Ask for her if you want great service.
