List of Florida Cancer Specialists And Research Institute's Reviews
Excellent
The staff at the front desk both Mike and Sam are so great when I go in they both work so well together as a team and always have a smile on their faces. I would recommend FCS Pasadena office to someone who is looking for a set of good and amazing physicians. The nurse that work at this facility makes me feel like I’m a family member instead of just a patient. With all that is going on with COVID they office and staff makes it so comfortable to come and get my treatments. I thank you all that you do for ALL of us God bless
I had my first iron infusion today. It could not have not smoother and the staff couldnt have been nicer and more helpful. I had my first meeting with Dr. Mace on Monday and was very impressed.
I accompanied my Dad who was a long time patient of Dr. Peterson and nurse practitioner Michelle Minsk over the years. They could not have been more professional personable and helpful at all. They fielded many questions did not rush appointments and kept Dad in good spirits always.
Stay away. Im at the end of my rope with this place. Im stuck due to insurance and the pandemic. I have iron deficiency and every time I see my doctor or an ARNP they say Just call when you feel bad and come in for a blood test right away. And EVERY TIME I call I get we dont have an order for a blood test from the staff. Its gaslighting at its finest. They are driving me straight to the hospital that a simple blood test could prevent. I feel really stuck and I dont know what to do. Wait until I collapse I guess.
The staff not the doctor are terrible they do not respond to pharmacy questions. I have been asking for them to respond to a insurance question relating to pain medication. Eight days and at least four requests to respond have occurred. When I asked to speak to someone in the nursery staff they only accepted my call once. The reason it was accepted because the nurse responsible thought I was a Pharmacy specialist once she found out I was calling for a status after 5 days of no responses I was promptly informed she did not have time to talk to me.Here we are eight days later and still they have ignored all attempts to resolve the issue meanwhile my wife is still experiencing severe pain. The doctor is absolutely fantastic their staff lazy and non responsive. It to bad a great doctor has a terrible support staff. Drive the extra 30 minutes and go to the facility located at St. Anthony’s on 5th ave
Dr Knipe is my hemotologist and he is amazing his PA is a wonderful as well I had to have an infusion for my bleeding disorder and every one there was phenomenal
I love my Dr Mace and most of the nurses and techs but the office staff leaves much to be desired especially the gentleman at the front desk. He is very rude never similes and very condescending. He looks like he hates his job and passes that on to the clients. He should take a lesson from Moffitt Customer Service.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
