Exciting company life and working understanding the company has real heart.

Not suprised to see complaints about the billing practices. Cant get ahold of the office. cant leave a message. When you do get ahold of someone and leave a message they dont call back and then accuse you of never calling in the first place. Finally get ahold of someone and find out they made a mistake on the insurance information said they would submit under the right info then sent us to collections? Our doctor has been amazing but due to how completely terrible and rude the billing department is we will likely be switching practices. Hopefully someone in charge will take notice as Im sure we will not be the last patient they lose if this keeps up.

I dont know what else this company does bit they also perform billing services for other physician offices. They are terrible. They have made checking in and paying bills so incredibly errorprone that I am considering changing physicians. At the very least it will be a deal breaker for any new physician whos care I seek in the future.

Nothing but great things to say about this company The atmosphere is amazing. The benefits are everything an employee would want and the upper management staff understands worklife balance.

So disappointed in this business. We loved the doctor we saw Dr Mitchell but the billing practices and customer service are terrible and deceptive. We were charged in full at the time of service but received another bill MONTHS later. We called and were treated dismissively and told that they hadn’t updated their prices with Cigna in a year so they charged us the wrong amount. None of the numbers lined up on the bills and they refused to answer our questions saying we needed to get answers from our insurance company. They were incredibly rude and we will never go back.
