Dr. Frank A. Thompson is the Best of the Best Doctors and I recommend him and his Exceptional Staff to everyone! Dr. Thompson is not only extremely knowledgeable but he also truly cares about his patients and listens to their concerns. You can have confidence in whatever he suggests/recommends for your overall health care...to ensure you achieve and maintain the highest possible Quality of Life!Dr. Thompson's Staff is very Exceptional like he is! What a high recommendation to know that his Exceptional Staff Members have all been there together with him as long as I have been visiting him(approximately 15 years now)! Debbie is the Best!Cassandra is an Exceptional Nurse and is always caring and understanding of each patients' feelings...she understands the White Coat Syndrome and is not offended! Cassandra will smile and encourage you to relax while she discusses other requirements/questions of your visit before taking your Blood Pressure to ensure you have the most accurate readings(meaning, she gives The White Coat Syndrome time to subside) :>) Cassandra, what an Exceptional Nurse!Christine is another Outstanding Staff Member and is an expert at helping with your Insurance Claims! Her knowledge base is amazing and she takes the time to explain your benefits and coverages...as well as makes phone calls to your Insurance Provider and then gives you a follow-up call(as committed) for further explanation and support! Christine shares her knowledge and time very Graciously!Dawn is also an Amazing and Outstanding Staff Memeber! She is cross trained on many of the Adminstrative Duties and Responsibilties and is always willing to fill-in and/or assist and help-out wherever she can...and she alwalys displays a wonderful positive "can do spirit" :>) Dawn's assistance means everything as she tirelessly works behind the scenes!In summary...Dr. Thompson and his Exceptional Staff will "Exceed Your Expectations"...so give them a try!

Ive been going to Dr. Thompson for over 15 yrs. He listens with compassion to my concerns addresses them. I never feel rushed during the appointment. Its always nice to see nurse Debbie too they make a great team. Highly recommend them.
