***** stars for Dr Marsalisi. I have been his patient for 21 years. He is the best of the best, saved me several times. Explains everything to me where I can understand it, since I’m not a doctor. Takes his time and after surgeries he explains the procedure to my family. His bedside manner is impeccable. Soft spoken and gentle. I moved 100 miles away and I still go to him, to me he is irreplaceable.
Front desk never answers the phone. i've been on hold for 5 minutes now. Nice customer service, a**holes.
keep receiving robo calls from Dr. Marsilisi's office saying to call and schedule an appointment, but when I called, I was told by someone that he's not taking any appointments now and to call back in another 2 months! Then, I keep getting the robo calls to call and make an appointment! So, I call back and leave a message (no one is answering) and somehow it gets transferred to the Bayfront OB/GYN clinic's number and now a nurse named Jane called me back and left a message for me to return her call. She leaves the wrong call back number on the message. Then, when I look up the number to Bayfront and call, asking for the OB/GYN clinic, the receptionist transfers me to a patient's room! I call back AGAIN and now I am connected to a voice mail for the OB/GYN clinic and I leave a message. No one calls back. The state of health care is so sad today. So expensive with caregivers making good money, yet the professionalism is really lacking.
Best most caring doctor I have ever seen in my life. Greets me with a hug and a smile everytime I see him. My only complaint is that he left his small little practice with just Tiffany at the front desk and his wife is his nurse and joined the Bayfront conglomerate because his new ghetto staff are awful
Dr. Marsalisi is wonderful. His staff is rude, unprofessional and should not be allowed to work with people. They will not relay messages and withhold patients test results! !!
Dr. Marsalisi is wonderful, unfortunately, his office staff is horrific. They're unprofessional, rude and shouldn't work in the medical field, much less with the public. I have no idea of test results because of their inability to speak to their patients. They have been reported to the insurance service provider and sadly, I'm sure he will lose many of his patients because of them. If you want eye rolling, improper English, shaking if heads and overall rudeness, they will not disappoint!
Dr. Marsalisi is wonderful, but his office staff is rude and very unprofessional-leaving patients to cry.
Very RUDE nurse. She rolled her eyes at doctor when I asked him a question.
Failed to find and recognize wife's lump in breast, after reluctantly referring her for mammogram at wife's insistence and learning she had breast cancer, refused to meet with us to discuss options for treatment, refused to provide medical records for transmittal to oncologist. Unbelievable!
Do not trust this man. His "nice" demeanor is a front. He is not ashamed to pursue a relationship with a married woman with children. I certainly will never trust a man like that to provide me with a "well woman" exam....

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
