I didn’t know getting health insurance for the first time in 15 years would cause such an inconvenience. I was looking forward to seeing a doctor for the first time in a long time and after two weeks, these experiences reminded me how much of an embarrassment our healthcare system is. The doctor was out of town for my first visit so I was seen by a practitioner on duty. I was given a prescription for a preexisting medical condition and I requested a test be taken for symptoms I was experiencing on my first visit. After completing, I was told to return for further blood tests. The day I received my prescription, after several phone calls between the pharmacy and this office, I was unable to pick up my prescription after being told “it was sent to the pharmacy” by three different people on three phone calls. Two days later I returned for a blood test and the other practitioner preforming my test was looking at my file in utter confusion and had no idea why I was there. He had to grab other nurses to find out why I was there. After completion of tests, I mentioned the prescription mishandling and he “sent the prescription again”. Another day of calling the office three more times saying the prescription was sent and the pharmacy not receiving anything, I was unable to receive it - this being on a Friday. I waited through the weekend then voluntarily walked in the office Monday morning to express my confusion and frustration. After following up about a prescription for the seventh time, my prescription became available with no explanation as to why this ordeal happened. I was also given instructions to access my “patient portal” to get lab results of tests i’ve taken. I have reached out to this office on four separate occasions of receiving the results of a particular test and received four different responses from “I’m a new employee”, “They will be available in 30 minutes”, “these results were sent to another lab - you will not be able to see them on your portal” and “you will get the results during your phone screening”. I understand potential issues with health insurance, and mistakes within this field but as a paying customer I refuse to be treated this way. I will not be returning to this office. I am sure Dr. Clark is a great doctor - I unfortunately was never presented the opportunity to meet him - which was the entire reason I decided to visit this office in the first place.
This is Christina and Chad. Dr. Clark and staff members are the best care providers ever... He sits with u and will help u with ur pain or illness mental or physical and bless u with the best treatment. I'm healing now on my first week back home so I'll tell u more next week. God bless Dr. Clark and his workers. Love u lots
No one is paying attention at the front desk (or any of the desks). Constant employee turnover. Faxes sent from pharmacies and specialists are IGNORED, even if urgent. He has too many patients for the amount of employees following-up. You have to go to the office unannounced to get someone to pay attention. Emails never answered. Phone messages only sometimes answered. Follow-up NONEXISTENT. Policies do not fit what the practice is able to accomplish. I'm looking for a new doctor and will move as soon as I find one.
Dr Fred Clark is fantastic. He provides quality service and is very responsive. I really enjoyed having Dr. Clark as my primary care physician, but the last two visits have been disappointing because of the excessive weight times, an hour and twenty minutes and recently 50 minutes without seeing a specialist. On both occasions it was because of short staff. Reading a few of the comments this seems to be a pattern. Recommend for staff to mention possible delays for customers to consider. We all have busy schedules and a patient's time is just as important as the providers. A courtesy notification at check in would have been appreciated rather than after the fact to allow customers to decide if they are able to wait the extra time.
Dr Clark is a great doctor who always makes time to listen and provide excellent care — and his staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommend
Dr. Clark and his team are kind people, however they are clearly understaffed with physicians as on multiple occasions it has taken over an hour and a half to be seen by Dr. Clark.
You have to give them money every 90 days if you have high blood pressure or hypothyroidism because they put you in the same category as a drug user!! I was never told that & will be going somewhere else. F this place!!! Beware!! Be ready to invest a lot of time. And the receptionist is an outright B!!
Had an amazing visit the facility is super nice and the staff and provider are very friendly.
I left this practice for two reasons; 1. There administration is poor. I STILL have an outstanding bill despite paying it and providing them with evidence on FOUR separate occasion, the last one of which was a personal letter to Dr Fred Clark. 2. Time management, on 3 occasions l waited over 1 hour to be seen I am using this platform to try to get some engagement from Dr Clark office of the billing issue. Please contact me.
Dr. Clark is an amazing doctor! He really takes the time to listen to his patients and give them the proper care. Wonderful staff as well. The business manager Christina is the best! They all go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of!

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
