Giovanni Baula's Online Review Report Card

He has been my dr for more than 25 years. I have confidence that anyone serving in his office is a competent physician or ARPN. I am 81 years old and attribute my good health to his care. He has also helped me maintain a healthy diet and healthy weight of 163 lbs

My spouse has been in hospital for over a week. He was sent in to see her and was asking her questions that he would know if he had read her chart, assumed she had Lupus based off of a fundraising shirt she was wearing, and was extremely rude. He didn’t look at a single chart, and pulled random numbers out of thin air. He refused to let her speak, and was so focused on discharging her without investigating her symptoms, nor caring her CK levels were extremely high. We listen to doctors, we treat everyone with respect, and we do not fight with professionals, but this man is UNPROFESSIONAL. He needs his license taken, and we WILL be doing something about it before he potentially hurts someone.

Dr. Baula has one of most unprofessional medical practices that I have ever visited. In October of 2021 I visited for low testosterone treatment. I found Dr. Baula's name on the testopel website. On my initial visit I was informed that the testopel pellets would be mailed to my home and the doctor would implant the pellets in his office. I was given a prescription for blood test and another appointment to review the test. Upon my return appointment the PA realized that she forgot to include T-levels on my blood test (which was why I was there in the first place). So I had to take another blood test. After the second test, I had to make another appointment to review that test. I was instructed that the testopel would be arriving in the mail to my home, after which I would make another appointment to implant the pellets. It's been six months and no pellets have arrived. I have called at least every two weeks and the front desk personnel respond with "oh well" . I finally called the office administrator who told me that she or the doctor would call me before the end of business that day or early the following day. It's been three days and no phone call. Now the administrator's phone goes directly to voice mail. Time to find another doctor.

Dr Baula is a wonderful God-send. He shows compassion, concern and will definitely get correct medication &/or referral whichever is needed for your treatment. He unequivocally is the very best primary care physician that I have had!!

Dr Baula helped me and my family during a most traumatic time in our lives, the end of life of our beloved father. Dr Baula guided his care with compassion and ensured my father received the best care and retained respect and dignity throughout his transition. We will be forever grateful to him and his staff. Highly recommend for his knowledge, experience, and empathy. Thank you!

Dr. Baula has been my primary care physician for approximately 20 years, I highly recommend him. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. He takes time to listen to my concerns and I feel he has a genuine concern for my wellbeing. His office staff is helpful as well.
