Amazingly helpful staff!
valuable prognosis
Dr. Goldfarb and his staff was very patient, very professional and courteous. Like many, I read all the reviews about the doctor and his staff. I went into my appointment thinking the worse. My experience was just the opposite. It goes to show you can't believe everything that you read. Dr Goldfard was very patient, answered all my questions/concerns, very professional and pleasant. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
I am retired military working in Law Enforcement. I was referred to Dr. Goldfarb by Dr. Lorenzo Hernandez for a sore throat that wasn't getting better. Dr. Goldfarb found a growth on my vocal chord, had it checked out, and took care of a very serious issue before it could progress. Behind any great doctor is an even better Nurse. Nurse Keisha takes great care of me and assists Dr. Goldfarb. She is professional, kind, and thorough. I can't forget to mention the front desk staff. They always answer the phone, return my calls, and they always find a way to get me in and out as quickly, efficiently, and as politely as possible. I owe them all a great debt. I am very happy to have found them. Baycare is lucky to have such great staff.
The staff made me sit for over an hour past my appointment time without so much as a reason why. If I was an hour late it would have disrupted their whole day and they for sure would have canceled my appointment. Completely unprofessional. The Dr. Came in while the nurse was still asking me questions, and then left. When he came back in, he asked me the same questions the nurse had just asked. What is the point of having me answer questions beforehand on the check-in, then ask me the same questions to the nurse, and then again to the dr? Complete waste of time. The dr looked at me for less than a minute and didn't even bother reading my chart to see why I was there, when I was referred there by the Dr. Across the hall. He left immediately after looking at me without so much as an "excuse me" or an "I'll be right back". He basically told me that a condition I have been dealing with my entire life was non existent, as if i was making it up, and his recommendation was to take some Sudafed. The entire experience didn't help me at all and I feel as though I completely wasted my time and I'm sure my money to go in. I heard the Dr. is retiring this year and I believe that's great. Until then, I will be making sure to deter everyone I know from visiting that office. Find a better ENT and don't waste your time.
Dr. Goldfarb and his staff are so welcoming and a pleasure to be around. He did a surgery to remove a lymph node from my neck. It healed so well that you can't really see the scar! He's an amazing surgeon and a great person. He will listen to you and make sure you understand everything that is going on.
We will surely miss Dr Goldfarb, but wish him all the best in retirement. He has been very kind and an excellent ENT doctor.
Doctor is excellent and Assistant is thorough. Little bit of a wait but overall experience was very good.
The offices of Bay Care are clean, inviting, and very easy to navigate. The office personnel were very efficient and courteous! The Doctor and nurse were friendly, and instilled confidence that I was in good hands, and could trust their judgement.
Friendly and efficient check in at the front. Friendly and helpful staff. Reassuring visit all around.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
