I had back surgery in August 2021. I received a call from the hospital the day before telling me to report at 545 or 600 the next morning for Covid test before my surgery got there when I was told keep in mind no pain pills and standing around wait with a broken vertabrate. I call the number on the door to report I was there for Covid test I was told be right with you. I kept calling back every 30 minutes till 800 that was when the lab opened not 600 like I was told. The women at the front desk was awesome they had watched for my results to get posted they came outside to get me for my surgery. I was rushed back to the room so I would not get cancelled. The nurse I had was awesome she was at the door waiting on me. My surgery went well. I do not recommend this hospital at all . From the moment I go there was a big screw up until I got in the room before surgery. I repeat do not use this hospital

I went to the ER and the janitor came into our room to complain about his job and tell us how masks don’t really work in a hospital where patients were dying in the COVID ward. The care from the nurses was 5 Stars but this was a very uncomfortable experience.

Do not go to this hospital period…… they will say one thing and do something different. After having my vitals checked for high blood pressure they put in the bed and started to prep for an IV. The doctor stated they give me some medicine and send me home once I started feeling better. The nurse Anthony was on a mission to do something different. In the last 12 months I have had two family members go to this hospital and for minor issues. Both have since passed away suddenly after dealing with this one nurse who always wants to run and IV. Lealman residents do not go to Northside for help that’s not what they do there. Also noticed several used needles and bloody cloth on the counters and floor just like in previous pictures.

Everything from registering at the front desk to the staff in the pre and postop area were great I felt really good in the hands of Dr. Jim. BAYAREA HEART CENTER and all the nurses at Northside. I would recommend this hospital for any heart related issue.

grandson had indigestion and gas from bad coffee but we got him some tylenol and a cute nurse flirted with him. some great grandbabys would be nice soon

Had to ask for fluids even though severely dehydrated was basically made fun of then was denied my prescribed meds for over 2 hrs even though I had them. Great surgical center will never go back for ER

Im currently undergoing IV antibiotics for 4 weeks. The staff the nurses and the treatment Im receiving are absolutely phenomenal. Ive been to other hospitals in the area. Northside is by far one of the best hospitals in Pinellas county
