Dr Chavez is a amazing pediatrician my son has been in his care since he was 2weeks old now he's 15yrs old never been to any other ped he's caring about his patients he actually listens to your concerns does a full exams and notes everything I wish he was my doctor I truly thank him for everything he's done for my son thank you DR CHAVEZ 😊

This ''doctor'' made a comment a racist comment to my wife, based on a stereotype about the difference between certain ''colors'' of Father's not being present in their children's lives. Shame on you Heinz Chavez, as an immigrant to this country, you harbor a very negative view of it's native citizens. Institutional racism should have no place in any organization. Clearly you're very toxic minded. People should be very cautious having their children and newborns around people like this. Spreading lies and disinformation based on racist ideologies is very dangerous, and plants seeds of hatred to grow. Heinz Chavez, MD has no morals, no integrity and is a disgrace to his Profession. As someone who works with the general public, It should be publicly known how he feels about Fathers of a darker hue complexion.

Dr Chavez is AMAZING!!!!! How every the girls that work in the office with the exception of Lori shadea and janelle are only there for a paycheck and NOT what's in the best interest of the children!

I love to sit in a clean, tidy and child friendly waiting room. The staff is courteous and pleasant. The waiting time is about 10 minutes. Dr. Chavez is patient and wonderful with identifying and diagnosing my children. He works well with the other specialists. I am blessed to have him as my children's pediatrician.

We have found Dr Chavez to be a caring, patient and thorough practitioner. He takes his time, listens and explains in a way you can understand. He seems very passionate about the patient's care, asks questions and his experience shows. I am never afraid to ask questions and always get a good (not rushed) answer. His front desk staff, on the other hand, act like they have the worst job in the world. They don't care about what you have to say, if you stand at the counter they ignore you and they are rude if you do have to speak with them. I don't understand why.. the people at the front desk of the neighboring offices are friendly, but the people here are a polar opposite of the doctor they work for. Regardless, I still highly recommend Dr. Chavez and continue to visit regardless of his front desk staff. Wait times could improve but I chalk that up to the fact the doctor listens explains and never rushes on to the next patient.
