I had an eye emergency. When I called, I was told to come in “now”. I saw a retina specialist who ordered numerous tests and pictures of the inside of my eye, reviewed the pictures with me, wrote instructions and prescriptions, and set up the next appointment for another specialist there to determine if a temporal artery biopsy should be done, and if so, to do it. I would recommend the Eye Institute in a heartbeat.

I am so happy I switched my care to Dr Ho. I wish I would have made the switch a long time ago. She's absolutely wonderful.

Dr Ho and her RNs were wonderful. I am hard of hearing and am mostly a lip reader and she and her staff were most accommodating to me when communicating with me. I felt cared for and understood everything that was explained because Dr Ho was so patient and understanding of my disability. I will definitely be referring friends and family to this practice. Thank you!

I love this girl. She is outstanding in every way! I liked how she spoke about what she was doing during the operation. Instead of dead silence. That is very comforting. And especially liked at the end when she gave me a lollipop for "being a good boy". LOL! Just kidding!
