Horrible just horrible. Told me my mother's glucose was under control when it was over 300, also said her BP was improving while it had not improved at all. Said her chemo port could not be used for blood transfusions or IVs, denied to my sister what he'd told my mother and I the day before. Refused a cardio consult when it was requested and said it was not needed until I said it was our legal right. Within an hour of cardio seeing her, she was getting blood tranfusion and medication changes. I could go on with all of the issues we've had with him as the only hospitalist at St. Anthony's. He's a malpractice suit waiting to happen.

I have been going to Dr. Panara for a little over 3 years. Never, have I waited more than 10 minutes in the waiting room or in the examination room. If I have an emergency or am sick, his office is easy to contact and you can actually speak to one of his nurses. During the pandemic, he was very punctual with my telemed appointments. I find him to be very knowledgeable in the medical field. He does not try to push drugs as my previous doctor did with me because of my osteoporosis. However, if you have a condition that requires attention he will send you for tests or x-rays and is great on the follow up. In my opinion, he is a great doctor!!

I've been a patient for Dr. Panara for almost ten years. He a very good doctor. Very knowledgeable in the medical field. The best part of his service is that he is a non BS physician. I feel very fortunate to have him as my physician.

the doctor is just terrible very condecenig when you ask a question or need anything I had a bad tooh abcess couldnt see a dentist because of the pandemic fdfused an antibiotic i hqad to go to another doctor on line

Never listens to my heart or breathing. Long waits in the waiting. He told me I was wasting his time. Very disappointed.

He cut me off verbally, accused me of breaking a previous appointment and not having an ultrasound performed, then asked his staff, and they said "it wasn't him"---arrogant and dismissive attitude.

I have been going there for years to get my annual physical and never had a problem. The wait time is not any more excessive than any other Dr office. As a matter of fact, its one of the shortest wait times of all. Never more than 15-20 minutes. The Dr goes over my test results and always ask me if I have any problems or concerns. And he will take his time and always explains things to me if I ask him a question. I have no problem recommending Dr Panara to others.

two and a half hours past my appointment time before I even got back in the room and then I timed it four minutes with the doctor he doesn't explain anything to you if you say you have an issue he doesn't want to hear it. I'll keep going to the walk in clinic and just keep him as primary to keep my insurance. If you have Medicaid HMO you're going to get the same treatment anywhere you go in St Petersburg Florida. The lady who answers the phone there is an absolute witch.

This office needs a site review from the State Medical Licensing Board!

Mothers @ end stage of her illness, we was NEVER informed if stage 1. Now he don't want to nothing to make her comfortable, still waiting on the ok for her diabetes shoes been a 1yr+. He only in it for keep his pockets full. Gets up set if we ask for referrals, and say he can take care of her. But still to this day can't say WHY her heart stopped 2xs. It's awful that we have to put our family in Doctors hands like him. Will continue to lean on Jesus , and awaiting for approval to switch doctors
