Dr Neustadt is by far the best surgeon ever! His bedside manner and explicit details with my son’s football injury made it easy for me to understand. I would recommend this surgeon to anyone looking for A+ care for their child.

I took my 2 year old daughter to see Dr. Neustadt after she fell off my bed and broke her arm. Some of the office staff as well as Dr. Neustadt we’re incredibly rude and unprofessional.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Neustadt and the staff at Children’s Ortho! Going through the process of having a child needing Scoliosis surgery can be difficult but Dr. Neustadt & his team made all the difference. From the first time we met him we just knew we were in the most capable hands. He is an extremely skilled surgeon who is also kind and caring. We do not regret making the decision to move forward with fusion surgery with Dr. Neustadt & will forever be indebted to him for the care he provided to our daughters.

He performed our daughters surgeries a year apart and they are both doing extremely well & do not regret making the decision to move forward with Fusion surgery with Dr. Neustadt.

Today I had the worst day of my life and all thanks to Dr. Jeffrey B neustard who with a resistant attitude because that has no other word, he told me and my 13-year-old boy insulting words for not knowing the English language I told him that my child He has not learned much because he has a deficiency of attention and concentration and loss of memory and he told me insultingly that that was not a reason even if it was so, it was not the time or his responsibility to speak like that and less in front of the child The words were so harsh that I started crying and my son was traumatized if speaking Spanish bothers him so much, I would recommend that he take patients only in English so that he can make another patient have a hard time since a person studies how you and so intelligent who say he is the best at that altitude grabs him an incompetent person and more working for health and with children

During my appointment, he made very offensive comments about my accent and my English. My child came home and felt horrible and cried, he says he’s traumatized and doesn’t want to go to the doctor anymore. NEVER in my life did I think a doctor, in THIS country would treat my son and I this way. I am paying for a service, a doctor has no right to discriminate and insult my son and I for our English. He said “I’m absolutely tired of people coming here not speaking good English, too many people come here speaking Spanish. This is America.” I was too intimidated and shocked to speak up and started tearing up because I never thought someone (especially a doctor) would treat me this way. My son is scared to go to the doctor because he is afraid he will be treated that way again. This is a country built on the backs of immigrants and people who have come here for better life. AND TO TOP IT OFF, he spoke some Spanish and helped me out, but I don’t have any knowledge on English medical terms, so he decided to get frustrated with me and degrade the English my son and I have worked very hard to perfect. I am writing this because any doctor, especially a children’s doctor should not have that harmful attitude with anyone. The audacity this doctor had to do his medical training in Miami of all places, where he encountered Spanish everywhere, to then condescendingly ask my son and I if we had lived in America for a short time. I am having a friend of mine type this for me because my English is not perfect, but i really want to get this point across. The way he spoke came so naturally, I can only imagine how he has treated others who do not speak perfect English.

We are so thankful we found Dr. Neustadt. He was recommended to us by a retiring Ortho doctor who stated he’s the only scoliosis surgeon he’d consider. We found Dr. Neustadt to be extremely knowledgeable, caring & we knew our daughter was in the best possible hands. She is doing phenomenally well post-op & we are forever indebted to Dr. Neustadt & his wonderful staff for making a journey that appeared so scary to one that we look back on & say we did it!

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Neustadt and his staff. Dr. Neustadt is a very knowledgeable & skilled Scoliosis surgeon. He truly cares & you’ll be in the best of hands with him as your surgeon. From his scheduling staff to his NPs & PAs, they made the process of surgery seamless & our family is forever thankful for Dr. Neustadt & his team!
