I've been with this family practice for over a decade- my children grew up with them. Dr. Broyles and her staff and team of residents are all very compassionate are always willing to answer any questions that I have ever had and they are all willing to take the time to explain things to me. I loved this practice so much that when they moved their location from being about 10 minutes away from where I live to about 20 minutes away from where I live, I "followed" Dr. Broyles and her team! My daughter still goes there for her medical needs as well and SHE'S 20 years old, now! I would recommend Dr. Broyles and her team to ANYONE for their family's medical needs 😊
Great staff!! I have very bad anxiety when it comes to doctors and dr. Broyles and dr. Johnson both make me feel very comfortable and at ease. Very informative and they listen to all my concerns. I’m very happy and satisfied with them, highly recommend!!
Very professional in the doctors take time with you to explain things and have your health needs in the forefront of their practice.
Super clean, well organized, doctor listened to all my issues and dealt with all of them...
I would not hesitate to trust my health or the health of those I love to the capable and caring hands of Dr. Broyles and her dedicated staff.
Doctors are great. Office is awful since I can never get through calls to make an appointment. Looking for a new office now for that reason. I shouldn't have to hunt down my doctor's office to try to schedule a simple appointment.
Failed to catch elevated PSA on my roommate. He was diagnosed with prostate cancer after I saw his labs and had him seek further care. Failed to return phone calls for Covid treatment. Lost medical records. Tried to send him for testing he had already done. The response when he said the test was done was they needed a copy of the results They had given him the reports previously. Staff and providers lacking skill and compassion. STAY AWAY
This office is amazing! They take their time and are very caring.
I went in for a simple prescription refill as a new patient at St. Pete medical. I was left in a room with a mask on for over an hour. I have a severely compromised respiratory system as I have COPD, Emphysema and Bullae in both lungs. I have an extremely difficult time breathing, which is exacerbated by a mask – it feels outright suffocating. During the period I was waiting for the physician to enter, two staff members came into the room to take vitals. The first was a young man, after taking my blood pressure and oximeter numbers, height and weight, he exited. Then a young lady entered, who seemed very unsure of what to do. I asked if she wanted to listen to my heart/lungs and she agreed. Her skill level seemed extremely remedial and yet I was polite throughout the process. She left to retrieve the doctor. I asked her to please hurry as I was in distress from being in a respirator mask for such an extended period. I was left waiting roughly 10 minutes longer. When the doctor entered she seemed angry and launched on me verbally, accusing me of not letting the young lady take vitals, which was categorically false. She proceeded to berate me for a short time as that was her primary concern. My medical welfare and well-being definitely took a backseat and was NOT even a consideration when she entered the room. Her every action is evidence of that fact. I prompted talk about my medical condition, I informed her of what medications I was currently taking, which had been prescribed to me by a specialist. She disregarded that entirely and lowered the dosage of my life saving maintenance drug against my wishes and against the dosage currently prescribed by said specialist. When I returned home I immediately contacted my insurance provider and made a complaint about Miss Broyles inappropriately changing my prescription dosage. I called the office manager in regards to this matter. She assured me that the medication error would be rectified and she would call me the following day to confirm. She did call the following day, but had done a 180 and said my prescription wouldn’t be made correct because Dr. Broyles was uncomfortable changing it. Dr. Broyles took it upon herself to change a prescription a specialist who had examined me had written. During my office visit I kept an even keel the whole time (even under duress) and asked her how a person in my condition would feel after an hour in a respiratory mask – which seemed to further inflame her. She never responded to the question from a medical position. She instead attacked my character further, accusing me of being rude - for asking a valid medical question. I felt abused, traumatized and physically ill from prolonged exposure to my own alveolar gases (which I related to the office manager in a subsequent phone call). During my phone conversation with the office manager, she was polite and said she would make sure that the prescription dosage was rectified and return my call the following day, which she did. The office manager informed me that the wrong dose would remain and they would refer me to the specialist I had already seen, a total reversal of our previous conversation. I have never been to a more unprofessional and incompetent doctor. Take EXTREME caution visiting this clinic. Accept Broyles as a physician at your own risk.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
