Dr. Gilby cherry picks who to accept as patients and treats most people like garbage so yes these good reviews are also as true as the bad ones.

There aren’t enough words in the English language to describe her lack of care, bedside manner or tact. She’s constantly out of the ofc , fails to provide results & has young staff that play Dr, which is illegal. Would not recommend her to anyone for anything.

Love Dr. Gilbey and trusted her judgment completely on my health decisions. Wish I could find her!!

Always treated well here by everyone from the front desk staff, nurses, PA, and especially Dr Gilbey. Professional and approachable to all questions. Outstanding in their skills and information given. I drive from sarasota to see this group and it is well worth the trip!

Sad to say this practice has gone significantly downhill over the past few years. Been coming here about 7 years. Dr Miller is the best. I used to see Gilby when I started here but I don't think she sees many patients anymore. The staff or whoever is supposed to be handling paperwork/labs/follow up is just non existent. I came in for a UTI/yeast infection swab 2 weeks ago and no one called me with the results. Called twice for results and I was told they were in but I had to talk to a nurse for results. Nurse is literally never available to talk to. I left message for the nurse line with no call back. Wish I could say this was the only bad experience like this but it's really just the norm now. If you've ever lived with a UTI for 2 weeks it's basically hell. I just go to my PCP for stuff like this now which is really just embarrassing. Unfortunately to my knowledge there's basically no one else to go to in St Pete for OBGYN needs.

Dr. Gilby is one of the best Gynecologist I ever had! I am so glad that I finally found someone who really cares. Thank you Dr. Gilby fr all your help and patience with me. I am going now for the second year being seeing by you and I am extremely satisfied.

Dr. Gilby came highly recommended by a close friend. Upon, meeting the staff, nurses and Dr. Gilby I immediately knew why. A phenomenal office experience with each visit & a minimally invasive surgical procedure that couldn’t have gone better. I had had a recurring Bartholin gland cyst for almost three years before I found Dr. Gilby. Every other doctor gave me antibiotics, lanced it, and sent it on my way. I even had one failed marsupialization done by another doctor. I was constantly in pain and wanted it GONE. Dr. Gilby immediately booked a surgery for me after examining me to remove the gland. She was absolutely wonderful. It was a really easy surgery to undergo and I have no scar or issues, just relief. I cannot thank her enough for her kind demeanor and expert care!
