Hes been my pain management doctor for 6yrs. He does Epidural injections in my Cervical spine nerve blocks also Radiofrequency on my Cervial spine. Hes kind soft spoken has a wonderful Bedside manner. Great Doctor. He doesnt push Surgery on you. Im scared to death of being under Anesthesia.

D. Otero has provided me with incredible care forwhat has now been diagnosed as osteoporosis for a number of years and thank heavens for that.One short trial at a clinic closer to my house proved to be a very big and painful mistake.I couldnt recommend any physician more ardently opty be in support of more thoroughly

If Dr Otero actually helps my dad is still to be seen but the office experience is terrible. This is the second visit and both times its almost two hours after our show time before we saw the Dr. The lobby is ridiculously crowded increasing the covid risk for both my 78 year old father and me. Its like hanging out at a methadone clinic.

Allow me to professionally introduce myself. My name is Dennis Michael IIII absolutely respect love my Amazing Blessed Doctor John Otero. This place has helped me tremendously to get on with my life able to function from daytoday I would not have done it without the support from Noel Hernandez Front Desk Darlene Marlene Megan Vicky Tara Laidy the other doctors I am so thankful for them all. I would definitely not see any other I would recommend this place to ANYONE who is not able to function from daytoday because of their MAJOR PAIN. I am so thankful humble foremost blessed that I have a Loving Caring Doctor Who actually listens to me solves the problem. Once again thank you so much West Park Surgery Center I trust love all of you you totally made my decision an educated proud one. Prayers Going Up Blessings Coming Down.

I have been suffering for years. I have seen countless Doctors. Never have I ever been treated So well. Amazing bedside manners. Empathetic Understanding. I know we are going to find the perfect treatment for me. Personalized for me. Because we are all so different with different needs. I have anxiety about dr appts because of how awful I’ve been treated time and time again. Slowly that anxiety is fading with each appointment. It’s been about 6months. Not once has he made me feel less of a person or treat me like a drug seeker. I know he can see that the only thing I’m seeking is relief so I can have quality of life. I can’t say enough good things. Staff is nice as well. Reasonable wait times. Again we are all SO different. So I don’t mind if another patient needs extra time with him. I appreciate that he doesn’t make me feel rushed and we are always on the same page when I leave. Thank you wouldn’t be enough to say. I’m finally able to participate not feel so useless.
