Called to make an appointment and was put on hold to see if they accepted my insurance. After minutes of being on hold someone new answers and said “how can I help you” when I have already asked my question. I then asked again if my insurance was accepted and the lady said “yes, but what’s wrong with you” I have a toothache... of coarse I’m having lung issues. Why else would I call a lung doctor?!? Then the lady on the phone continued with attitude. “Well I will need to you get your insurance card out and imma tell you now we don’t have availability till August”. I won’t be going here just because of the interaction over the phone. You can’t hire well mannered, polite people behind the desk, that tells me a lot.

Dr. Luciano saw me in St. Anthony's hospital but I never saw him. Seems I had a problem after surgery in 2016. I have since been diagnosed with lung issues and see him every 6 months. He and his staff are fantastic. I have never waited more than 15 minutes. The doc and his nurse are friendly, comforting, funny and helpful in every way possible. Dr. Luciano answers all my questions and spends the time I need with me.

In these days of 'drive by' doctor's appointments, Dr Luciano gives you his full attention. He answers questions and cares about you as a person as well as a patient. He is extremely up to date on new tests, trials and treatments. When I leave, I feel as if I was his only patient for the day. I only wish there was a sixth star as an option!

Called to schedule an appt with referral from primary after waiting 9 days and never heard from them, was told they do not acknowledge referrals or respond to them. Was told earliest appt was 4 months out. Girl answering phone seemed like I was a bother and could care less. This is a doctors office. Glad I found out now as need a doctor who cares and sure made to feel like I interrupted her lunch or something. Was told to tell my primary they do not "do referrals" sure will let him know!!!

compationate, caring, seems invested in my total well being. Office staff very warm and helpful. Definately recommend Dr. Luciano to anyone needing a great physician.
