Dr. Casadonte didn't help my child at all. He had some hunches about what was causing some of her problems, but he didn't follow through on them to get her tested or treated. He also didn't share his thoughts with other doctors. This delayed treatment for her. Luckily he mentioned his possible thoughts to me and I took the ball and ran with it. There were other times that he treated her in the hospital and didn't look thoroughly into what was causing her problems, even after I did research and suggested some things. (I ended up being right and got her proper treatment at a different hospital. ) My daughter suffered horrible pain becausse he didn't treat her properly.

We love Dr. Casadonte and have always been happy with his office! My son has been going there for 5 years.

Horrible service ! They Don’t call you back horrible customer service where they transfer you to lines where no one answers poor customer care will go here as last resort only!

Doctor Casadonte is an extremely caring and great doctor I went to him as a child and remember him very well to this day! I recently started having seizures again so I am now on the look for a new neurologist As another reviewer already said i as well do wish he wasnt only a pediatric dr because I Would love to be able to go back to him as a patient now :) If you are in need of a pediatric neurologist look no further dr. Casadonte Truly cares about the patients he sees!

Daughter had a seizure and been a difficult week to say the least. She will need to have a tumor removed.. This doctor office staff has been rude , inconsiderate, and very difficult to work with. Try to set up appt twice but they could not take appt and stated someone would contact us to set up appt. a week later some very rude person calls us and with little regard for what we r going thru and tells us they can't see us for 7 wks . Will be trying to find someone else...

Dr. Casadonte has been a godsend with helping us diagnose and treat our young son's epilepsy, autism spectrum disorder, and other issues that come with the first two points. If your child has any neurological ailments this is the doctor to see.

I had a chance to meet with him three times. My sons had really bad infection and he said that they were just asking for attention without any knowledge of what really was going on. It's not even professional to say such biased things to anybody, especially to parents. I had to reject his service.

Dr. Casadonte has horrible bed side manner. Instead of thoroughly explaining to me the abnormal results of my 9-year-old son's MRI, he quickly goes through it. I began to ask if trauma to his brain when he was still in the womb could have had an affect on his brain. But before I could get my sentence out, he rudely interrupted me saying, "Mom I'm done just see another specialist." Dr. Casadonte wants to increase his seizure medication, when I asked what would it do to his liver, he gets upset and states, "Mom, we already went through this on the last visit." I told him I understood we went over this information already about the medication, but I am scared for my son and what the medicine will due to his liver. Again, his response was, "Mom, there are risks with every medication. We will just have to see by taking his blood in a few weeks." I asked him again, "you told me in the last visit there would affects to his liver by increasing the dosage, but now you can't tell me exactly what kind of damage will be done to his liver."I

As a new patient I had to reschedule my daughter's appointment twice (I CALLED WELL IN ADVANCE TO LET THEM KNOW WE COULDN'T MAKE IT). When i tried to get another appointment they said that for new patients if they reschedule 2 appointments, they will not allow you to schedule another. SERIOUSLY! First of all, there are very few pediatric neurologists in the area and about 5 of them work under him. I explained to the girl that NO ONE told me about this policy and she said she would talk to the doctor. She called me back about 20 minutes later and said she spoke to the doctor and he said he wouldn't allow us to make an appointment. This is horrible! As a doctor you take an oath to heal, when did they all of sudden worry about scheduling and people keeping their appointments? Especially since they are booking appointments 3 months out! It's sad...

Dr. Casadonte is very kind, knowledgeable and caring. He always answered any and all questions we had concerning my daughters health. I always felt comfortable walking in his office and trusted him greatly with my daughters health. He was always punctual, polite and respectful. His office staff and medical team were always respectful and polite as well. I would definitely recommend Dr. Casadonte and his team!!
