Extremely helpful doctor and staff. They are responsive to my needs.

Dr E has been my Internist for 3 years. I'm complicated: Cancer, back, retina, renal issues. He and I do ok getting the other Drs' notes transferred so that he knows what others are doing/thinking. (I find the Tampa Bay area horrible in that most Drs do not ELECTRONICALLY share records. It's UNbelievable that many still FAX.... ( Even the so-called BayCare Boardmoor Surgery center didn't have any of my records from an 'affiliated BayCare Retina Surgeon) Perhaps due to my complexity, he gives me special attention. I never feel rush, tho I arrive with many questions I write down.... YET from fall '20 thru summer '21 his staff has been less than attentive. I 'think' it may be COVID stress related. ... Scheduling is challenging tho I needed a quick visit due to a possible sexual disease concern. They accommodated me within 5 days!.... I'll return with caution......

I had this Doctor almost 6 years as my internal medicine doctor. He is been great and very caring for his patients however, I seen the reviews in the past 3 years going down in ration for him and I strongly feel that it has to do with the change of the new office and staff where he is now. He is never available to book an appointment with him unless is 2 months ahead, his office staff is terrible and when... they answer the phone, if... they answer, they put you on hold for over 15 minutes before you can talk to them. It used not be like this Bad when he was in the old office by 4th Ave S. and 6th St. I really, strongly feel that the team he is in now it makes his performance more about quantity of patients and less time for him to be able to assist better his patients but, He is an amazing physician but his new office sucks in patient customer service totally.

During the fall of 2020 I had blood tests at the direction of Dr. Eberhard. When we went over the results, he did not note anything of real significance. However, upon getting a second opinion, a real internal medicine specialist pointed out my decreased kidney function, high calcium, and high cholesterol. We discussed medications and made changes to 3 of them. When a doctor stares at a computer more than they talk to you, something is wrong.

Would never go back.

Dr. Eberhard is by far and away the best Dr. I've had. He took his time. I did not feel rushed. He listened. He is compassionate and really cares about my well being, not my physical well being but about my emotional health as well. He knows his stuff. I have several diagnosed medical conditions and he knows exactly what medications will benefit me.

Dr. Eberhard is now located at Baywalk. Free valet parking is offered by his office. Recommend

Dr Eberhard did not dismiss my long ignored symptoms. He listened, ordered tests, and made my overall wellbeing paramount. After struggling for over a decade with multiple misdiagnoses, he took the time to make that didnt happen again. It has changed my life.

I have been a very satisfied patient of Dr Eberhard for the last 2 years. I now travel from Manatee County to see him. He has excellent medical knowledge, he's open, communicates well, researches my needs while I'm in the office and I feel good that he is on top of his field, provides excellent care and cares about his patients.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. E’s for 3 years now and my initial appointment and follow ups through the past few years are what makes me come back. I live in Seminole and work in Countryside so, the drive is crazy but, Dr. E is worth it. When we’re talking, he’s looking at my history and such on the PC and labs, tests I may or may have not had, being thorough. I appreciate that and his bedside manner. He is one of the few Dr’s who really cares about his patients!
