The doctor charged me 154 dollars for an emotional assessment. He asked me TWO questions during my physical. I am so sick of this, I call the billing department over and over again and no one answers.

Easy in, easy out. Friendly staff. Dr Baker is very thorough, professional, and empathetic. Most importantly, always easy to get an appointment, even on short notice.

Called in a script for Losartan. BP medication. Never heard back from Publix so stopped in to speak to pharmacist. I was told my script was denied, had to see doctor. Of course! Go see the doctor and pay for a visit so I can get my script filled. Makes perfect sense. I called the office and was hung up on by their pathetic automated system twice. 3rd time was the charm. Spoke to a female receptionist who found my name but could not find my insurance and as we all know you’re not even human unless you have insurance. I was put on hold. When she got back on the phone she asked me for my insurance company’s name. Put on hold again. When she came back she told me they no longer take my insurance anymore! You would think with such an elaborate automated system and portal someone would have contacted me to notify me. Instead they leave me to find out the hard way. Completely unprofessional and the doctor hides behind and takes no accountability for his office’s short comings. My Mother in Law is dealing with cancer and has a doctor who answers the phone, follows up and proves, through his actions (not his words), that he cares about people as much as insurance.

I've had nothing but problems with this office and it's staff. The Google reviews are correct, no one answers the phones. They want to change $150 for a literal 60sec phone call when it was the doctor who told me to call to fix an RX!! I've had better service with walk in clinics then this place.
