I was very skeptical about HRT, but I am convinced that Dr. Ostrzenska saved my life by not just getting rid of my migraines. I was having 15+ a month. But by getting me to feeling better, including weight loss, and having more energy and better quality of life. I am so grateful, I promise you will not be disappointed. She is brilliant 👏 her assistant Helga is also amazing and sweet!

Since beginning hormone therapy with Dr Kasia my health and quality of life have improved. I have now lost 38 pounds and I am no longer pre diabetic.

A while ago, I was looking for an endocrinologist recommendation. Well, I have found someone even better here in Pinellas County. I would highly recommend Dr. Kasia to anybody looking to resolve hormonal issues, PCOS, perimenopause or menopause. She blew my socks off in just the first hour consult, and I’m not easily impressed by doctors. She exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend her practice and I’m feeling confident about resolving my health issues that my PCP and another metabolic doctor wasn’t able to help me with.

I just started my 2nd year with Dr. Kasia. It has been so great to have a doctor who listens to my symptoms, thoroughly reviews my test results, digs a little deeper with additional lab work and is willing to go above and beyond to treat my issues. Switching to her was the best decision I ever made.
