if i could rate a "0" i would-i took my son in for a 1st time visit and was seen by the PA (no issues with the PA actually really liked her better than Dr. Wasylik) Dr. Wasylik came in after the appt with the PA and didnt even bother to check my sons ears since she would have been the one performing his surgery. i didnt like the fact that she didnt even bother to exam my son and his issues and rather stated "the PA did all my dirty work so do you have any questions for me otherwise lets schedule his surgery" after Dr. Wasylik made this comment i said to her "you are the one performing his surgery?". my thoughts were are you serious right now and are you kidding me, i took my son and we left! havent been back since and went to another ENT instead. i would not suggest this group unless you want to be ripped off and feel like you are not worthy of the providers time and rather the provider wants your money and now i have a bill to pay with them even though she didnt touch my son all. i will not be going back and my son has the car he needs from an ENT who actually took his time and explained and actually checked my sons ears.

So crushed we have to find another practice. They stopped taking Staywell. A real bummer. We loved this group.

Dr. Wasylik was absolutely amazing! My daughter broke her nose and had to have it re-set. Dr. Wasylik treated my daughter, not her injury. We had a great experience from the time I called for an appointment, to the office visit, and all the way through the procedure. Wonderful doctor; wonderful staff!

Absolutely amazing doctor! She has a heart for her patients and their needs. Very courteous and easy to speak with about my kids.

Absolutely amazing doctor! Truly cares about the kids and their well being. All 3 of my daughter's needed their tonsils and adenoids out and she did all three back to back!

All doctors and nurses are extremely friendly with kids. The only one I can absolutely complain about is the front desk receptionist makes the whole visit bad. Nasty looks and bad attitude. Brandon location

We were not happy with the wait time but our child had seen a previous doctor and was in pain and had some hearing loss. The first doctor offered surgical procedures as the only option. We are still in the treatment process but new options and relief treatment was offered by Dr. Wasylik and that is what we were hoping to find. I will follow up with our outcome.
