List of Katulle K. Eaton's Reviews
I picked Dr. Eaton because I liked his background and he did the same surgery on a friend of mine ACL. Couldn’t be more happy with the results within 3 days postop I was off pain meds and feeling better everyday. Dr. Eaton is a master at his craft very personable and to top it off genuinely caring which can be hard to come by in a surgeon. The officesurgery center staff were phenomenal as well would definitely recommend him for anyone considering ACL surgery. Hopefully be back to playing sports in no time
Dr. Eaton and team are simply the best So professional so attentive so friendly and down to earth. I’m no professional sports athlete but I was certainly cared for as if I were.
Wow what an excellent practice The staff and Doctor Eaton will take care of you no matter how complicated it might seem to you. I left feeling much more confident with my options and prognosis. Care of the patient seemed to be primary to me and its a big deal.Thank you
He took great care of me with a wonderful staff. Tore my meniscus and he saw how much discomfort I was in and got me in to surgery very quickly. He is currently doing everything in his power to hold off on what is an inevitable knee replacement. Thorough in describing exactly what is going on. If your leaving this man or office a poor review my suggestion is you need to look in the mirror.
In January 2020 our 13 yo son had a rupture of his left knee tendon a rare injury. That was a hard season for our family. We were so grateful to have found Dr. Eaton within a couple of days he agreed to see our son. The experience with him was amazing certainly the professional treatment. He reassured us and communicated with us during the surgery. It is a great teamgreat staff great physician assistants and an extraordinary doctor. Should we also mention he dresses impeccably well? Our son is currently functioning well and is expected to make a full recovery. Thank you Dr. Eaton
Quick to suggest surgery as only option get a second opinion.
September 2017 I tore Pec muscle and went to Dr. Eaton more than two years after the injury and had him repair it and must say I am so please with the outcome and location on scare that isnt even noticeable. First picture is 2017 day after injury next is the muscle retracted and left a flat spot next is 3 days after surgery and the last is 4 weeks after surgery. I have no pain and have already begun to bench pressing. AAAA+++++
Good afternoon. I felt compelled to tell the other side to M Hs review. My wife and I were in the waiting room when M H was trying to be worked in. She asked the staff multiple times when shed be called and the staff tried to assist her telling her there was one more to go before her. She was also told she was worked in and they were doing their best on an already packed schedule. Ive been coming to Dr.Eaton for many years and yes there is a wait at times... because he is the best. This woman became very upset and requested her copay back. The staff returned her copay and offered to reschedule her but she left. As we waited our turn we heard the staff answer the phone and try to appease this very angry patient. The patient repeatedly called back to yell at the staff demanding to speak to the office manager we know this because we could hear them say stop yelling at me please the manager will call then she is available. One of the times she hung up we heard the staff say Oh my goodness she just cussed me out. No one should be treated the way we witnessed M H treat the staff here. After reading other reviews posted by M H it seems there is a pattern with her giving all her doctors 1 star reviews.
Dr. Eaton is very knowledgeablehas excellent bedside manner. He explained everything in detail. I knew my husband was in good hands. His staff is outstanding and the surgery center was the best. We would highly recommend him
Update and response to Troy WaltersI NEVER raised my voice in that waiting room. I WAS NOT being worked in. I made that appointment AND arrived 20 minutes early. I was in HORRIBLE pain shocked that so many people were practically running to the desk upon arrival AND being called to the back BEFORE me all with smiles on their faces. All this as Im about to vomit being so nauseous from pain. When I asked for my copay back there was only one patient in the waiting room. That was a kid with his mother and siblings. Apparently according to what the mother said her son has no swelling in his knee forgets he has an injury but may have torn his ACL again. Now tell me how is THAT an emergency? No swelling and you FORGET you have an injury? I wish I knew what that was like.So Troy Walters you are lying and have no right to pass judgement. Did you look through my medical records? How do you know who was on the phone with the receptionist? If you were in the waiting room APRIL the receptionist must have violated HIPAA laws by telling you who was on the phone. I stand by this review have FIRED this doctor and office along with sending them a bill.Waiting 45 min past my appointment time. Im in so much pain Im nauseous. Front desk is no help. They didnt tell me they were working me in.UpdateI had to leave without being seen. I asked 30 minutes after my appointment time how much longer it would be. I was told there was one person ahead of me. At 40 minutes after my appointment time the receptionist tells me theyve been running hours late all day. That information would have come in handy upon my arrival or preferably at noon 1pm or 2pm not at 4pm. I couldve planned accordingly in letting my employer know how late into work I would be. I asked to speak with the office manager. They refused citing she was busy with patients. Umm last I checked I am a patient. The receptionist offered no apologies. After I left I called back asking for the office manager. The receptionist treated me like I was bothering her was CONFRONTATIONAL UNPROFESSIONAL RUDE OBNOXIOUS and ARROGANT. I repeatedly asked to speak with someone else. She refused. I ended up having to call back numerous times to which she answered the phone saying Its me Still me Nope. Sorry. You got me againI have NEVER been treated so disrespectful in my life by anyone ever. They say they are busy. Therefore they may be too busy for you. I suggest you seek treatment elsewhere for your orthopedic needs. At least they showed their true colors before I went under the knife with this provider. I know now I would not get the proper care and follow up I will need after surgery. I have excellent health insurance and able to pay my deductible and out of pocket expenses immediately. I guess they dont care about their reputation with all the other reviews stating otherwise.I will be sending them a bill for my time that was wasted and the overtime I lost at work due to their negligence mistreatment and disrespect. They dont care that youre in pain. They dont care about your time. They dont care about the hell you went through to get the time off work for surgery that was scheduled. They dont care about the FMLA paperwork you filled out filed emails and correspondence with your employer.Just a note I was not asking for pain medication. I have that. I only needed to be seen for the excruciating pain Im experiencing that has moved up to my hip. I cant stand longer than 10 minutes due to my knee and now I cant sit longer than 10 minutes due to my hip. With my history of cancer I hope this isnt metastasis to my hippelvis.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
