I had the very fortunate experience of being referred by a friend to Dr Rao when having a terrible reaction to a medication. I found her to be the most attentive, present doctor I've been to in a long time. Dr Rao is experienced with medications, chronic illness, mental and physical issues. She looks at the whole person in a thoughtful, inciteful way. I am thankful to her and all her staff. I will continue to be her patient.

Just the Dr I was looking for! Dr Rao is honest, knowledgeable , and very caring for her patients. Yes, there is a wait, because she actually speaks to you about you and your health. You are not just another number like other doctor offices treat you. Dr Rao actually cares about your health and will take the time to explain things to you so you understand. Love her <3

Dr. Rao is a rare breed. She is a superior doctor in all respects. The minute I met her I knew this was not only an exceptional doctor but also an exceptional and noble human being. I am honored to be in her presence. Not only does Dr. Rao know her craft, it she has an intuitive ability to create a healthy atmosphere which inspires confidence, gratitude and hope.

Having the pleasure of working alongside Dr Rao in the hospital I knew first hand how amazing she was with her patients. I now get to experience as her patient- her kindness, compassion, attention to detail and excellent clinical acumen. I really appreciate her listening to my concerns and partnering with any decisions that are made in my care.

I am a new patient but my experience so far has been very positive. The wait time is a bit long but this is because Dr Rao is very thorough in both her physical exam and her explaining whats going, she has a.wonderful bedside.personality, very personable, 👍from me

I had the 1st appt of the day and still waited for over an hour. I walked out without seeing the dr. Do you think they would honor my appt if I showed up an hour late? Zero respect for patient's time.

Dr. Rao is amazing. My sister referred me, because she is very knowledgeable and caring. All the staff and the nurse were extremely helpful and patient with me.

I've been "allergic" to doctors and the medical system most of my life, but thanks to Dr. Rao and her caring efficient staff I no longer am! Dr. Rao is a brilliant caring internist who treats people as if they are actual human beings,as opposed to a collection of body parts to be dissected and analyzed on a computer screen. I have gone to the office for minor emergencies as well and was seen ASAP, as opposed to having to wait weeks to be squeezed into an overbooked corporate schedule to see an overworked physician who has become an unwitting pawn of the corporate medical system. I feel that Dr. Rao practices medicine as a true calling rather than as a means to a financial end or as a status seeker. Very grateful for the care I've received from her and her staff!

Dr. Rao and her staff offered exceptional service and hospitality. Dr. Rao was placed in a difficult situation due to my own medical wellness negligence. Her compassion to address every issue, and to make mention of the elephant of the room referring to my sleep apnea has to be 1st priority to my road to wellness.
