The staff at the Carillon office were great each and every visit. Dr. Keith Basler is the best of the best. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and resolved the issue.

Every time I go there I have to wait for about half an hour,then a gain inside the waiting room for 45 minutes. Took him three visits to diagnose my problem and in the end referred me to another doctor all the way in Tampa I don’t know why, there is more specialist around here but I guess he’s doing a favors for another doctor there. It’s a shame that medical field is like that now. Add to this,An organized office, they did not update my insurance information in their office until I cut that and I told them this is not the right insurance that I called in before I came for my visit, un friendly from the front office all the way to the doctors. I don’t recommend anybody to go there, and I will never go again there

I am a singer and have developed some major congestion, I have never been to an ENT but I can say I landed at a great place. Dr. Basler was fantastic! I like his laid back demeanor and he was extremely courteous and professional and gave me hope that my concerns and issues will be taken care of. Highly recommend.

Dr. Basler is a highly-rated ENT in the Bay Area. A friend had referred me to him and now I have a doctor who is able to treat even my most complicated sinus issues. The staff there is efficient and makes you feel comfortable.

Dr. Basler was very nice, answered my questions and presented with a sincere interest me as a patient & a person. The entire staff was wonderful and helpful. The audiologist- Gia Santivasi was so thorough, kind and very helpful too. Everyone seems to sincerely care! I will be recommending to my friends too!

This was my first visit to Florida ENT & Allergies. The staff welcoming me at the front desk were friendly and efficient. Dr. Santivasi resolved my hearing aid issue by administrating a thorough hearing test and re-programing my hearing aids. Dr. Basler was helpful with both my hearing exam, tongue exam, and questions.
