Went to ER for a allergic reaction that caused a swollen face Followed up with iDr. Olivera said allergies do not cause swelling Instead referred me to a plastic surgeon who was on Dr Phil ( her friend) n Tampa for laser treatments . Went elsewhere who actually did allergy testing and determined I have a PPD allergy that was causing the swelling. Very rushed visit and terrible bedside manner If I could give her less than 1 star I would.

I was dying. Going into anaphlaxys nearly every day. All doctors I saw said it was in my head. I guess if they referred to the swelling of my face..this is true. But otherwise, they were not helpful. Dr Olivero was the only doc who listened and helped. Fast forward 4 years I am better, not great but we found the problem, a rare disease, and she sticks with me to learn about this disease and helps me with treatments and getting back into life. She is my biggest advocate. I do not want anyone else treating me. Her nursing & office staff are all really great people too.

Dismissed symptoms for my allergies and face swelling. More interested in referring me to her friend in Tampa who could fix my 'jowls". Luckily found another allergist who correctly diagnosed my allergies and am feeling so much better. Terrible visit with her. Doesn't listen to patient concerns. Showing me her friends credentials on her phone because he was on Dr. Phil. I had worked for doctors for over 30 years. She wouldn't last a day in a office who is really concerned ab out helping patients

Mine have improved with Dr Olivero , 95% better and only been on shots 3 months.

I have no complaints about the doctor or the staff. I have received wonderful care and the entire office of people are friendly and helpful. Dr Oliver’s spends a good amount of time with me and answers all the questions I ask. The staff that give the injections are very friendly. The office desk staff have only been friendly and helpful. Never have had a problem. I would recommend this doctor and practice to anyone. In fact I did have done so already. No complaints.

I am really disappointed I never got to see Dr. Olivero. I drove 40 minutes and I needed to be tested for a specific med before I have surgery. Unfortunately the way I filled out the paper work wasn't good enough for the lady at the front desk. She was mean and rude, So miserable that I decided to leave. When I asked her to give me back the list that I brought her of things that I was allergic to, she threw it out of the window and it landed on the floor. When I went to pick it up, I hit my head on the short counter on the outside of the office. Not only did I not see the doctor, but I suffered a contusion on the top of my head and am now headed to see another doctor for that. If you are going to this office, prepare yourself, the woman at the front desk is ruthless and is not a people person. People like this are usually frustrated with their own lives so they want to make everyone else miserable. BAD OFFICE STAFF. I don't know how the physicians put up with it. Maybe they don't care

I have been treated by Dr. Olivero for several years. She is thorough and easy to talk to. I receive shots monthly and was just retested to make sure the serum is still what I need.

I found Dr. Olivero, personable, knowledgeable and very helpful. She ah been a pleasure to work with in improving my allergies and preventing me waking up coughing badly having difficulty catching my breathe
