List of Mark Eichenbaum's Reviews
Dr. Eichenbaum is one of the BEST! He listens to what you have to say, without pre-forming an opinion. His advice is very on-the-spot and he is down to earth. Dr. Eichenbaum is also very good at follow-up. He really cares about his patients and can be very funny. He has a great staff as well. The web is wrong in that he is only open until noon on Fridays (as of this writing, 3/2023). His overflow phone system is OK, but leaves a little to be desired... I had to wait until I turned 65 years old to see him. I really wanted him as my new PCP, as he took superb care of my mother-in-law who passed at 94 years of age. I am very glad I waited. I could not have done better, in my opinion. I would heartily recommend him to anyone 65 or over without reservations.
Very nice. Not a health care "factory" like so many others. Dr E is just what I was looking for. I felt part of his family.
Tested positive for Covid on Wednesday and called Dr. Eichenbaum’s office immediately. We were out of state at the time and having serious symptoms. Asked receptionist to get the doctor to prescribe Paxlovid and use the CVS near me out of state. After waiting hours I called back and was told by the nurse the doctor had written the prescription and she would call the CVS at the number I gave her. On Thursday I called back as the pharmacy did not have that prescription. This time the nurse actually said she didn’t have time, but she would call it in sometime that day (Thursday). Once again, CVS did not have the prescription. Today, Friday, I called the doctor’s office at 9 am and got his answering service. I left a message for the doctor to be paged because I still have Covid and do not have the Paxlovid. Dr. Eichenbaum never called me back and no one in his office ever asked me my condition. This office showed a complete lack of interest in my health. They showed no interest whatsoever. I can only hope that I come through this illness with a good outcome and that I am able to find another doctor who cares about their patients.
Dr. Eichenbaum is super intelligent, is ahead of potential problems, has my well being in mind and has a ton of jokes to ease anxiety. He follows what he preaches - just lost 60 lbs. recently. Looking good! PS Love when Dr Mark brings in one of his critters to his practice and love his array of family photos A joy! PPS Yes! Dr. Mark saved my life by catching the "Big C cells".
Dr Eichenbaum is an extraordinary doctor. Over the past six years of my journey from illness to wellness he was with me all the way providing excellent medical care. He and his staff were always easy to contact and provided immediate responses to my requests. At one point when I was ill, Dr Eichenbaum gave me his personal cell number to contact him if my condition worsened. Dr Eichenbaum is a compassionate doctor who is a good listener and takes a genuine interest in your well being. I would highly recommend Dr Eichenbaum.
Office nagged me to come in one month after first visit. No explanation was given. Nothing unusual was wrong.
Thank you, Dr. Mark for keeping me healthy during these last 10 years. You are a caring, smart, up-to-date physician who I trust completely. Your office staff has always been efficient and compassionate. Your office is cheerful and artistic. I look forward to many more years as your patient.
Thanks Dr. Mark and staff for making our time with you today a positive, informative experience!! We look forward to our next visit!
Excellent care. Office staff are welcoming. He's a good listener and very thorough.
Where do I begin? As a retired RT of 45 years, I can truly say that I have never been to an office this unprofessional. I have worked with hundreds of physicians some good and a few not so good. This doctor has all the bad ones beat. I opened the office door to step into a completely dark ( no overhead lights on ) waiting room. The office is an old run down house. The front desk area ceiling is covered with large hand made bugs.. Yes I said bugs... The exam room had a huge 4-5 foot wooden dragon fly on the ceiling. The demeanor of this physician is cavalier and arrogant. His bedside manner is a cross between a dysfunctional kid and a wanna be artist. Hence his bugs and wall to wall abstract canvases. During the appointment he wanted to know if he could tell me a dirty joke. I said absolutely not. He is a loose cannon. The office does not answer the phone. Jennifer is a very rude staff member. Stay away from this place it is too bizarre and unprofessional for words....

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
