Hello. Dr Franklin is awesome. The reason for 3 stars is because both times I was there I had to wait at least 45 minutes past my appointment time to see the doctor. This is terrible. I am a very busy person as I'm sure you all are. My time is just as precious as yours. Please schedule accordingly so people aren't waiting like this. How would you like it if I kept showing up 45 minutes late for my appointment? Thank you

Dr Franklin is kind and courteous, takes time to listen and to understand, he is thorough - even recalling things I forgot from our first session. He is very experienced and yet shares his experience in a way that I can understand. I feel in good hands. One of the best doctors I have met in my lifetime. Thank you Dr Franklin.

Dr. Franklin is awesome. He takes as much time as needed to make sure I understand everything he is doing, needs to be done and why. He goes over all tests, results, prescriptions etc. He answers the patients portal questions I send within a day and even calls to make sure the patients understand everything. He is outstanding. Very caring and professional.
