MIchael Reilly's Online Review Report Card

I’ve been a patient of Dr Reilly for over 15 years. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and accessible to his patients. I feel fortunate to have found such a terrific doctor to be my family physician.

I was not a patient of Dr Reilly because I did not live in St Petersburg but was visiting for the weekend. I did not feel well, my daughter called Dr Reilly’s office, they agreed to see me. After a few tests & questions, he immediately sent me to the ER, after a few more tests it was determined that I had suffered a heart attack, without normal symptoms. Dr Reilly has continued to be my health care angel along with the entire office.

I honestly tried to like this dr, but after having seen him for almost a year now I would recommend your primary care elsewhere. Aside from the awkwardness of his bedside manner as he dictates his notes in to a microphone the entire visit, it feels like he doesn't truly listen or care about his patients. Had to constantly follow up for important test results, and after waiting for a week his only follow up was "I'm not sure what the results mean, I'm going to hope I bump in to another Dr in the hallway with your notes in my pocket", and still had to keep following up to get any information beyond that. Highly unprofessional behavior. Additionally, this dr does not accept card or online payments, so be prepared to break out the check book to mail or deliver in person.

Mike Reilly has been our family’s physician for over 30 years. Now that our children are grown and have moved away, my husband and I continue to see Mike as our doctor on a regular basis. We moved from St Petersburg 5 years ago and still drive the 45 miles because the thought of having to find a new family doctor is not something we want to do. We value the personal attention he and his staff give to his patients and do not know that we would easily find that in another office. So until Mike decides to retire, he is stuck with Bob and I!!

I have been going to Dr. Reilly for over 20 years. His staff is always friendly and always eager to assist and help. I have found Dr. Reilly to be a doctor that when you talk, he actually listens!

Doctor Reilly has been our family doctor for close to 40 years, that says a lot about your doctor! I can go on and on about his level of services throughout the years. He cares, he returns calls, he listens and answers all your questions no matter how silly they are. We will never go to another doctor... There's no need to, He's the best.

He's the best doctor. He truly cares for each patient. I trust him completely. Both my husband and I go to him. He's got a awesome bedside manner too. I highly recommend him. His staff are friendly, helpful, caring, and professional.

Dr Mike has been my PCP for close to 20 yrs. He is very thorough and professional. Always askes about family and if I have any questions or concerns other than the reason I'm there for. Office staff is amazing... friendly and efficient.
